NAPA Auto Parts

I frequently buy unique parts, as they seem to be able to find the from NAPA. They often have good deals on synthetic oil and oil filters. I have a company fleet of 10 vehicles and they help me keep them running at there best!

Every time I visit this store the customer service is the best. I could shop at parts stores that are more convenient, I’d rather shop here.

When all other parts store couldn’t help me find the part or even believe me the part I brought in came off my Ford this place went above and beyond!!! They even got an important bolt loss so I could properly seal my explorer because the old water outlet wouldn’t let go. Employees here have always been helpful. I will continue to drive the extra 15 miles to this specific store for their employees. Looking forward to rebuilding my grandmas Ford with my kids with ya.

I've been a NAPA customer since I was a kid and use to go with my Dad. Always a fair price and very helpful. The manager is awesome.

It's an auto parts store, so you already know what to expect here, but having dealt with many different Napa branches over the years this one is always my favorite. The employees are some of the most knowledgeable I've dealt with and seem to help each other out when you have a difficult need.

These guys that work at this Napa store are probably the most experienced in the entire Spokane area. Cant thank them enough for all of their help with hard to look up parts and how they actually go the extra mile to help people out. Keep up the great work and great customer service!

I really like the napa auto parts chain . If they do not have it in stock it may take 24 hours to get it in. This is if the warehouse has it available. So give them a chance to help you out.

Had an issue with some wiring on one of our trailers on the way to a job site. The guys gave whatever insights they could to buy the right stuff and provided us tools that we didn't have with us to redo some wiring and get everything running right again. We really appreciate their going above and beyond to help out!

went in to a different napa than usual, I generally go to the one on sprague, and got some oil. they made sure I knew what the best deals were, and when my truck wouldn’t start in the parking lot 2 employees helped me push start so I wasn’t late for school. best customer service experience!

Always great experience when I go to this Napa. The counter guys always go beyond the norm. If they don't have, or carry what I need they always give me the advice to help me find it. It's my go to parts store

Being female I've had to be treated crappy at every parts store in town.EXCEPT NAPA AUTO PARTS ,on Trent (near scraps) they listen and talked to me like,,,well they were my family,like brothers.they have saved me 1000s of dollars in inneeded parts and helped me,in knowledge and parts in getting my truck back on the road.when asking about a part.i explain what my truck is doing,WITH OUT spending all time on computer,that talk to me about issue ,give advice,opinion and proven solutions .they know everything about cars/trucks,they are the GREATEST ,MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE GROUP OF MEN .(CAN EVEN FIGURE OUT WHAT IM SAYING WHEN I USE-THINGY,AND WHATCHA MACALLIT, WORDS.) The best NAPA Auto Parts store in Spokane easy to get in and out and the staff is really good very knowledgeable.

These guys are the best only place I go for stupid questions and great service. Don’t waste your time at the other Napa’s
