I've always had good experiences at this location. Today, Joseph handled an ink toner issue for me that even HP couldn't solve. I appreciate that there is still a physical office supply store in Tallahassee. Shopping online for supplies isn't always the easiest, so being able to actually visit this store is a big plus for me.

I visited the store on Saturday. The store was clean and well lighted. I had the pleasure of working with Joseph. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Joseph took his time with me and went above and beyond. Thank you Joseph

I ordered copies for a small zine I was making and wasn't sure which kind of paper to use. Viktoriya in Print Services helped me pick one out and I've just now started folding them and they are absolutely perfect! Just the right weight to feel substantial, but not so heavy that they're hard to fold. I really appreciate the time and care she took helping me pick out the right materials for my project.

As I told the young men working, this was th best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They went above and beyond to help me with the trivial things I needed, and even helped me get better deals than I was looking for. Everyone was positive and I just left feeling so encouraged. Lately it seems hard to find helpful and kind customer service. I will be going back to this store.

Went there for our TSA precheck screening. Staff was friendly and made it a quick and easy process for us.

This store provided EXCELLENT customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a couple of associates. Luke was my associate. The store is well stocked, clean, and had great items on sale. I went in to print some items, and they have hand sanitizer for the customers to use, before using the machines. Everyone was quite helpful and had a great attitudes.

I went into staples this afternoon to print something out, and was really impressed with the staff. Upon walking in I saw that there was a belligerent homeless man shouting at a manager that had asked him to leave. The manager kept his cool and was still super personable while handling the situation, even though the man wasn't cooperating with him at all. I was also really happy with the worker who helped me out in printing area because he also had a positive attitude, was informative, and very efficient. It's refreshing to go to a business where you can tell they really care about making the customer happy!

I needed to make color copies of a project. I was able to use a self service copy machine using my credit card. The price was reasonable. I did not need assistance but a staff member checked to be sure I was ok. I arrived only 15 minutes before closing time and was out with my 28 color copies with 5 minutes to spare.

First Time coming here and it was at the last minute I needed a Banner printed for a Graduation Ceremony that same day. Spoke with Kez over the phone, explained the situation, and she walked me through step by step on how to ensure my order was ready for that day(Mind you it was pushing two o clock already) Kez called me in a few hours to let me know it was ready and I was shocked at how fast she took care of things for me. Went and picked up my order and It was everything I wanted. Kez has THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in a long time and I had to sing her praises. Especially during such a trying time like this, it was great having such a professional, kind, and dedicated representative. I will definitely be back!!! THANKS KEZ!!!

I love going to Staples on N. Monroe. It's like they run to see which person can help me first. Plus, I got to use my Rewards check, a receipt discount, and the 20% off ink discount all at the same time. I got $70 worth of ink for less than $50! Thanks Staples --that was easy!

I had a problem with a copier I was outside time frame to return it I explain the problem to the gentleman who was in Customer Service and he refunded everything I paid including the warranty I was very impressed
