Aaron has helped save a solid portion of my bill every month, twice now. Great guy and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to AT&T and FirstNet. Highly recommend him!

10/10! Ray at the mall location was amazing! We had to replace my boyfriends phone and he stopped into another retailer and they tried to upcharge him 2k for a new phone. We decided to hold off and go to our phone company and met Ray. He got us out of the door with the phone we did want, without being pushy and making sure we were happy. Rays integrity is top notch and it was nice to not feel like another dollar sign. This will be our go to store moving forward! They will be moving to Trent and Argonne in the same strip as Yokes later this year

Bryan was an excellent help. He guided us through the options that fit our needs and made sure we got the best value. So glad we came into the store. Bryan expertise was phenomenal!

The people who I worked with were Carlos and Ray are the best people I've interacted in a long time. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and both went the extra mile to make sure we got the best deal available. They did everything they were supposed to plus more! The told me all of the deals, promotions, and accessories they had available. They made sure my plan was meeting my needs. Ray was the associate work with me and he did great! Made sure all my needs were met that I came in for and helped us with issues we had been having with our service as well! 10/10 five outta five stars! The store itself was clean and well stocked as well. No notes, no improvements just perfect! A while ago we came in and the staff didn't know what was going on, and straight up didn't want to help us. When we went in last time they told us I can't help you I'm busy and the person on break was like "I'm on break I'll help you when I'm done." not these guys. These guys are awesome. Waaaay better.

Made sure I was taking care of in everything needed to help me understand & enjoy my experience of upgrading to my new iPhone 14. I was even having trouble figuring out some features , gmail problems ect. Aaron made time to listen & teach in a way I could understand & learn without feeling stupid.

What an amazing sales staff they have here!! Each salesman was so helpful knowledgeable with their plans and product. After being with Sprint for 9+ years, I am very confident with the switch. Zane was extraordinary! I also want to add-They work as a team here, not once did we feel the “pushy salesman” vibe and I personally loved seeing other salesmen help Zane with our process!! My husband and I are so grateful to Jorge for his amazing customer service! We called to make sure it was open and we spoke to him on the phone, my husband said from our first interaction on the phone that Jorge sounded like he would be a nice guy. Sure enough, when we got there, he was awesome to work with. I was not prepared (I forgot my purse), but he was extremely patient with us as we figured it out. We went in to upgrade our phones and came out with new phones AND a lower phone bill. We’re now saving $80 a month thanks to Jorge! I cannot say enough about how kind and honest he was with us. We left there really grateful for our service and will be long time customers because of him. Thanks Jorge!

Called and spoke to the manager in depth about phones and upgrades and our bill etc. he was amazing and really explained everything well and eased my mind.

Few weeks ago I stepped into a AT&T store in the spokane valley mall, which I have been in the store plenty of times before, but this time I was approached by a Gentleman who name was Logan !! The help I received !! The respect I was givin and his limitless patience with all my questions !! I believe and I don't say this lightly!! Customer service, overall was executed perfectly!!

LOGAN is a exceptional human being who not only displayed the best customer service but was also very knowledgeable which helped make the process easier and I was able to understand my present issue or difficulty i was having with my phone at the time, but none the less he carried himself like a man and not only that, helped me out with trying to unlock my AT&T phone knowing I wasn't attending to buy any new products. He still gave me the best customer service that anyone could only get so lucky these days to receive or even experience, as customer service is a dying art or isn't practiced in the work place anymore it seems like !! Logan gave me hope that customer service and respect still are practiced in the work place. Regardless of you age or status!! That being said you need to acknowledge this man as one of the top employees as I've been in the valley mall spokane valley store inside the mall and never received help like this as I was and still am a customer of AT&T .. Thanks again Logan for your hard work and respect showed me, not easy dealing with the Public at times but you make it look all that easier!! By the way am a 30 year male who is very familiar with technology so that being said, his help and knowledge was even more than I expected but was very grateful I was fortunate to experience.

I had a such a great experience working with Nick, Bailey, and Ray. We have a small business and switched to ATT and they went above and beyond. They quickly moved our lines with minimal interruption to our business. They are professional, courteous, and not only knowledgeable of their own business, but also the market place. I highly recommend anyone looking for a phone or wanting to switch carriers to visit their store in the Spokane Valley Mall.

Great customer service! Both times I went in the store recently, I was greeted right away. The reps know their stuff and were very helpful! This will be my goto AT&T store.

Amazing customer service! I wondered in and out of that store for three days trying to figure something out. It taking three days had nothing to do with them. Each time I walked in they were extremely helpful and patient. (I had a lot of questions)
