Carroll's Boot Country

Finally, I found the boots I had been looking for. You cannot find anything in brick-and-mortar stores. I ordered online and got a pair that was too wide. I found this place, there's a large selection of everything. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable it just seems like a good place to shop. As far as my two cents best place to get the boots you need.

I have a 50 year old Stetson fedora hat that was passed down to me. It was a little snug so I spoke with them on the phone and they said that they could help. A very nice lady spent quite a while steaming and stretching then cleaning and shaped it back to where it should be. She wouldn't let me pay anything. I have been a customer here before and I recommend them for anything they sell.

What a great shop! They have everything you could ever want or need. I had a few minutes and was close by yesterday, so I stopped by to pick up a belt. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the owner. I was looking for a Gingerich Ranger belt. The one I purchased 6 years ago is still a solid belt, and I wear it to work daily... but, time for a replacement. I thought I could get away with a 32, but nope... I needed a 36. So... I popped in there today, and the woman at the counter was so friendly! She did an exchange and I was in and out. Well... I had time to get a new hat. Great service and prices!! Can't go wrong and highly recommend.

In on 1/19/24. Finally found someone who knows western in Tallahassee. Tiffany was awesome!!! Knew the boots I was looking for and showed me another also that was similar and was actually better. Could tell me the difference in Wranglers different fits. Bought one pair and took my name to call me when another pair I wanted came in. So friendly and helpful!!! Definitely my place to go now!!

Owner is 2nd-3rd generation in shoe business and he knows his trade . Well stocked and clean store. He's the best in town when it comes to work and high end Cowboy boots and apparel

Brought my young daughter in earlier this year for boots and had a great experience. Came in to buy a quality leather belt today and left completely satisfied. I was tired of junk, and looking for a solid leather belt, and they had a good selection to choose from as well as helpful advice. Happy to spend my money here

They had wide boots and I love that. The tactical boot selection for law enforcement is amazing here. The lady here was also very nice and very knowledgable. I bought a pair of boots for my girl friend and she loves them. This place has quality.

Me and my husband took our grand daughter and grandson to get a pair of boots for their birthday. We have been going to Carol's for years, anytime we need a pair of boots for ourselves and our children. Very good selection, good prices and excellent customer service as always! Of course we found a few more things for ourselves and them while we were there 🐎

I have been shopping Carroll ' s for years. I love the atmosphere and you can't find friendlier and a more familial environment anywhere. They DO stand behind their products and go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied. I will shop there for the rest of my life and my kids will shop there for the rest of theirs.

Been doing business with them for over 20 yrs now. Great selection, great staff and the few times that they didn't have what I wanted, they ordered it and had it in my hands in a timely manner. As long as they are open, I will keep going.

There's a boot shortage going on right now. So they are a little limited on their boot selection. Everything you see on the floor is what's available. The people that work there know their stuff and are very helpful in finding what you're looking for. Masks are not required during COVID.

Great customer service from the folks working at Carroll's Boot Country. You will NOT find this level of friendliness and service at the big box stores.

Wide variety of jeans, shirts, belts, boots, wallets, leather goods, etc. Good location on the west side of Tallahassee. Parking good - no problem.

Great place to shop for workboots, after going to (2) redwing stores and other shoe stores, i found nothing in my size or style. So after just 5 mins in the store, i was sold. And most of that time was when the worker went in the back to actually grab the boots for me. I will be coming back to this store.

The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Its nice to have a good local place you can rely on for quality boots and great customer service.

The customer service reps want to provide you the best options they can. If something is not in stock they know how to get it in a reasonable time frame.

Best selection of boots in town. Good family vibe and the owner is always there to help. Cant find that many places these days
