CVS Pharmacy

Great pharmacy and great folks working there. After a late urgent care visit we needed to get medication; not only did they help us fix a problem, they were also super kind while helping us. And this was in the middle of a super busy time!

Would definitely recommend this pharmacy and the kind folks that work there.

The CVS Pharmacy at the 1929 Bruce B Downs, Wesley Chapel location on 11/1/2023 provided stellar customer service from start to finish. Despite being frightfully busy (as usual) Chris Portillo was super patient with my vaccinations check in process. He was especially kind when I asked a non-vaccination related question. He didn’t rush me despite the crowd. Then I got my free Covid and pneumonia vaccine shots from Chris Laird. Again, wonderful, professional customer service (and bonus - pain free shots). It’s no surprise that this location is the busiest one. I’m not related to any of them but I hope they feel appreciated and get a raise.

I’ve been here twice RIGHT after urgent care visits for my sick kid, because this tends to happen on weekends where this is the only 24 hour store. Both times his medicine has been ready for pickup within 20 minutesl. Seriously cannot appreciate them any more!

This CVS has always had exceptional customer service. I’ve been coming here for several years and never a complaint. Management, Health Care Hub, and cleanliness all apply. Highly recommend this store !

Still more updates on the prescriptions on hold. Waiting for the response for the One touch Glucose meter for the last 3 months to get it.

Very clean and organized store. Able to find what I needed with no assistance.

24 hour pharmacy, and close to FL hospital, which is convenient for filling late night prescriptions after an ER visit. Pharmacist was helpful and answered all of my questions.

Everything one needs from a pharmacy and more.

Pharmacist should be more making people feel trusting,helpful they all seem as if there oh'Glory and you stereotyped or unhelpful feeling! hope big changes come for there duties also the store for meds they have only limited types,and supply!This needs emeidiate atintion,and change!

Came here for covid 1 and 2 shots. They are very disorganized. Didn't have us in the system for the second shot. Then said we were too early even though they scheduled the second shot automatically during the first shot schedule.

Zero stars for this store’s pharmacy department. I have never had such rude experience with someone in customer service before. No matter how busy or short staffed you are, that is no right to be rude to someone that is a customer, terrible.

Worst pharmacy CVS branch in the entire FL, I drop the prescription after I pulled out my tooth and ask them I am in pain I needed pain relief ASAP, and I don't get mt medicine until the next day they let me in pain all night

This CVS is THE worst pharmacy I've ever been to.
They are always insanely slow and have no sense of urgency. They will have about 8+ people working, with most of them standing around doing absolutely nothing.
Even when I've been the only customer, it takes forever.
Awful customer service - I'd recommend you check out Publix across the street instead

I am super disappointed from CVS pharmacy on 1929 Bruce B Downs
This was my first prescription after a tooth extraction, I am from Europe, not familiar with the whole process here.Went there and asked if I can just take the antibiotic, but not the painkillers, the lady said yes. My prescription was ready not after 15-20 minutes, but after 4 hours, and when my husband went to get the medicine, they charged him for both medicines, no matter that he did not take the painkillers.
Is this the way CVS make money from the people?
