We have placed an order for fresh Indian vegetables. We got our delivery same day and the delivery team excelled in all departments . We were totally impressed by quality of vegetables, packing to retain the freshness and timely delivery. Would definitely continue using the service going forward. Only area of improvement we noticed - a little heads-up before heading out for delivery or a window of delivery can help us plan better. Overall thumbs up to this service.

We were worried about placing an online delivery order for Indian vegetables, given how quality Indian produce can be hard to come by at times. We were pleasantly surprised when the delivery arrived. (Especially those fresh Indian okras with their tips intact! 😄)

First time when I ordered someone from the store called up to confirm some details of the order. I liked that they didn't assume anything and called up to confirm.

Had a sick kitty and couldn't find neem oil anywhere at 8pm last Saturday. A last ditch Google search revealed this absolute gem of a store. Not only did I find unbelievably priced neem oil (under $4!!!!) - the customer service was incredibly polite and warm, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and kindly allowed me to shop despite my running in right at closing without rushing me whatsoever. My new favorite specialty store. Kitty is healed and mamma got some fire chutney.

I am so glad that I found this store. Its very convenient to click online and collect at doorstep. I was not so lucky in getting fresh veggies with curbside pickup from the other stores in the area. I hope they maintain the same level of service in future too. *****I have given 5 stars mainly for their itemized bill, which clearly states the item, weight and price ****** this is a very basic billing concept, but other Indian grocery store in the area give a bill which only carries generic item name like grocery, vegetable blah blah along with price.
The only suggestion that I have, is to add credit card option for online payment.

Decent and clean grocery shop. Vegetables are really good and good enough variety.
Only thing is if they can update their location on map that may help them in business as their location is right next to Royal Delhi Palace but on route map it shows Ralph's instead.

Shresta Indian Grocery is kind of life support for us during this pandemic because they quickly adapted to the situation and made themselves flexible by bring curbside pickup and delivery for even minimum amount of order which other nearby bigger Indian stores could not provide.

Coming to the quality, they always have fresh veggies in stock and more than anything they send notification through their WhatsApp group upon the arrival of fresh veggies which are really good innovative ideas they implemented to serve Indian communities around them.

I very much recommend and suggest this store for quality and fresh Indian groceries and veggies.

Very good service and quality items at a very very reasonable rate. Rates as same as at Pioneer cash and carry at Artesia. They also deliver grocery on the west side twice a week, which is great.

We've been ordering from Shresta since the last few months. You can't expect a better online delivery service when it comes to indian groceries. Produce is really good, and prices are comparatively very reasonable. We stay in touch with them on WhatsApp and they've made sure our orders are correct every single time. I don't think I'm ever going to a store for indian groceries again with such good service.

Wide range of products availability and fresh Indian vegetables. More well as online order to select the items and place the order easily. If any concerns with the delivery the store owner resolves it immediately. Only one thing I would recommend to have direct online credit card payments.

I feel so blessed to come across Sreshta Indian Grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they also provide home delivery services. They are very reliable, almost everything is available on their website, all groceries are very high quality. I had a very nice experience getting all indian items from here. I have my first experience with Shresta this week and it is very good. They do free shipping on orders above $49, around the regions mentioned in their website. It is cash on delivery. They check with us for any replacements. The delivery person notify us about the delivery and you can either pay to him in cash or use Zelle, venmo or PayPal. They are more organized. The veggies are fresh and they shop for us the same way we do. The products have good expiry date. I'll recommend them to my friends!

The go to place for Indian groceries, especially during the pandemic. They offer free delivery or curb side pickup, and above all the service is very friendly. We.had been visiting this shop since opening and during this pandemic their delivery service has made shopping easier.

A small suggestion - Adding online payment facility would be helpful.

I am a international student and do not have a car. So, it is tough for me to buy groceries all at once. But with their delivery service it gets easy for me.

User friendly website where all products available with Pics and price tags, same day door delivery. Good in store service, pretty much found all quality and organic products. FRESH vegetables with better price in the valley.
