What woman doesn't love shopping!!! One of my friends and mentors needed to grab a pair of shoes for a lunch banquet we was attending. So in between work appointments, we stop by Dillard's. We both fell in love with the Kurt Gerger shoe and handbag collection. If you haven't visited Dillard's shoe department in Southaven then what are you waiting for. Ask for Josh in the shoe department and Juanita in handbags. They are the best of the best in service. You will not be disappointed. You can also purchase pre-loved Louis Vuitton handbags, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Givenchy, and so many more luxury designer handbags. And yes they are real. Stop by and tell them I sent you!!! 👋🏾

Ladies in the intimate apparel dept were great! I have lost a lot of weight and needed help with proper undergarments and they were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Great customer service provided by the Clinique, Lancome, and Dior counters!!

Was checking out the winter clearance. Found a few things. Happy shopper.

I truly appreciate Mrs. Susan (manager/ forgive me if it's not your correct name), however, you helped to assist me over the phone (Thursday, July 20th between 6:30pm &7:30pm). I was trying to contact ladies shoes for a Steve madden sandal and you personally took him a note for someone to call me (twice). Once I finally spoke to Chad and gave him my info he was generous enough to put the shoes on hold, until the next day... I didn't make until Saturday (22nd). But Mrs. Shirley was sweet enough to help me relocate it... tried it on, unfortunately they didn't work out:( However, I wanted thank you all, once again for your hard work and outstanding customer service!

Place is nice for shopping and staff is helpful

The staff was friendly and quite helpful.I had a fitting for a bra that was not invasive. The salesman remembered my family and our purchase from a week ago. The associates were quite engaging. We didn't have to hunt down help it was quickly offered. Caught a wonderful sale in progress. Some items were over 70% savings. Wonderful experience in every department we visited!!

I went in to the women’s (sleepwear/bra) department, and I had a great experience. The salesperson (Beverly) was very helpful! She helped me pick out bra selections, and get fitted (modified due to Covid) with no problems. I am very grateful for her help! I’ll definitely be back for more purchases.

They (Dillard's) actually had a few different people (sales clerks, on the floor) who asked my sister and I, if they could help us find what we needed. I haven't seen customer service like that at a department store, or ANY store in forever. IF EVER. That was very cool of those employees and Dillard's. That was my first time really shopping for anything there, with my own money. I've shopped there before with a gift card, given to me. But this was different. Very nice. I really liked that. (Maybe we were looking like 2 fishes out of water or something, 😂.) That was nice. And I actually found what I needed. Thank you Dillard's. Lord be willing, I'll be back. 👍🏾

Dillard’s is one of the few nice retailers we have left so we need to keep supporting local businesses. I really like this place, keep it clean and kind and I will always come back.

Great customer service in men's shoe department. The young man working was very helpful! I had 4 shoes and needed a 14. He told me none of those were available in size but he would bring me every shoe he had in a size 14. I actually picked a pair from his selection. He could've easily said no I don't have that size and kept it moving, but he knows how to make a sale. Wish I had gotten his name.

Dillard's I'll tell you that's my first time ever going to this place it was amazing I went with my sister-in-law she tried to find a yellow dress outfit for a party and when I say it was amazing everything was amazing and I loved it yes we found everything we needed there this place is Southaven Mississippi DeSoto County and I will go back again we loved it.

Helpful, helpful staff, they're kind and courteous. I purchase makeup here and if it takes 50 times to match your skin tones they will gladly take the time to do so. Nothing bad to say about this department store. Awesome selection.

I stopped in yesterday to look for a new shirt, and asked Brandon for some help. He was awesome. I had a lot of questions and he was very helpful. I asked for some advice and I felt like Brandon really knew his stuff. By the time I left I had 3 shirts, a pair of shoes, and a new belt. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Best customer service ever! I had, what I considered a complicated return. However, the salesperson who helped me was extremely competent, kind and focused. I was in and out in no time. And since I had time to spare, I did a little extra shopping. Great job Dillard’s!!
