Stopped by to visit the hair salon inside the store. Yes they do have a hair salon in the store, lol. Ms. Anne did an excellent job with my silk press. 11/10. Will definitely be back to see her again

The store was organized and clean. The lines were not overwhelmed with customers. Overall great experience.

This was an okay shopping experience as far as the representative being friendly, but clothes in the men's department were not in order and I couldn't find the size dress pants I needed at a reasonable price. The ones I did find were by Shaq and cost $161🤯 yes 😤 I got them just to have as went to other stores to look around for a better-priced pair since this was for a funeral. I did find some at another store on the other side of town and took those expensive pants back!!

Stopped by one of my to go to spots for quick shopping. The colors pink and grey were intended to purchase for a funeral. As a travel agent I love making suggestions to my clients.

Awesome Customer Service… Seems to need a little help at the cash register but the two lady’s that were there was super nice and moved fast as they could.

I had a wonderful experience at JCPENNEY...I had not been in a long time..I was able to find 3 dresses...at a discounted price and the young lady at check out shared with me how to get an additional 25% off. I looked Amazing!! For my interview...
They had many people working that day..I didn't have to go all over America looking for someone to help me. Everyone was Friendly, Professional and Well maintained...

They had a really good sale on some of their curtains, and the customer service was second to none.

Clean, organized, pleasant employees. Easy to find products and lots of lighting. Very spacious. I didn't fill closed in when navigating the clothes isles. Great sales!!

Employees was very helpful also there was a big sale going on I got three bras for $29.99

Wonderful service from Pat! She is so kind, engaging and genuine. She knows what customer service is. Please recognize her. Additionally there was a manager walking around the floor, joking with the customers and setting the stage for her customers to have a great experience. Great job Southaven Penny's!

Every time I have visited this store it’s always packed and busy, but staff will still ask if you need help with anything. I recently bought jewelry in store, and even though they were super busy (due to having a great sale) time was made to accommodate each and every visitor; and she was working alone for awhile. She was super friendly, and made sure to let each customer know she had visibly seen then. Great job!

Awesome Customer Service. We went to JCP for a portable charger and we couldn't find it so one of the associates helped us. We didn't have to wait in line. They don't offer Military Discounts but they did have a sale going on. My girls and I enjoyed our time.

Omg CYNTHIA was amazing, i even feel so bad she walked with me around the whole store and helped me find everything i needed give her a raise!!!

Y'all did fantastic, but it was a older women with a wig on got upset we did get and her line my daughter wasn't finish shopping yet why get upset if I'm spending my money with y'all. I can shop some were else. Were I can take my time ok. It's a shame how people be in rush to go home just be patience she still didn't go nowhere but in the building. Have a Blessed day!

Great discounts. The petite section is so small. Not a lot of variety, I was disappointed.
