HUGE thank you to the staff at this GameStop location for helping me and my family yesterday. Our car broke down right outside GameStop in the middle of the busy 4-way intersection. It was raining, and my hazard lights wouldn’t come on. I had my dogs with me and we rushed ourselves out of the car. The GameStop staff not only allowed me to come in with my dogs and sit out of the rain, but they also helped push my car out of the road. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful to us!

Staff was lovely, friendly, and funny. Also managed to snag a sweet piece of Diablo 4 merch.

The sales associates at the store are great helpful and care I recommend going there. The problem it has is the management above store managers they need to get there act together

I moved to Oak Ridge 2 years ago and come here every week. Shane has helped me get so many things from this store. He's always in a good mood and nice to everyone that I've seen walk in Gamestop.

Hadn't been in here in a few yrs. It's still a really nice store & the guy helped my aunt find what she was lookn' for. Excellent service

Went for a ps5, customer service was great! They came out ahead of opening and let us know what was available so we could decide to leave or wait. Once inside checkout was fast and everything explained completely. Glad I went this route, was well worth it.

Have never been in game stop till today and I love my Mario Cart shirt! It's been my favorite game since I was a little kid and I finally got a shirt can't wait to go back

Employee was very knowledgeable and made my trip stress-free and quick effective. My wife loves the animal crossing switch. Also, the store is much bigger than it appears from the street.

Opened promptly at eleven, pretty sweet, as i was getting some gifts for later in the day. They had some really really cool swag in addition to the pretty good game selection. Staff was very courteous and also quite chill. Will definitely go back for needed goodies and would recommend.

Great location and the largest of these chain of stores I've visited yet. Very friendly lady working and very happy to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family.

Today was my first time in the store and I'm super impressed with the staff and selection. At first I went to another store in town that sold used Switch games but they had NOTHING on Gamestop. The staff at GameStop helped me easily find everything on my shopping list! I'll definitely be back.

Love this store and everyone that works at it. Nothing like feeling like family when you walk in the door. I travel a ton for work and I always visit these guys when I get into town. Keep up the great work.

Really friendly and helpful staff. I can always ask them ignorant questions about a game I'm trying to get for for my kid that I have absolutely no knowledge about and I dont feel like they are judging me. I like that.

The service was very friendly and we ended up having a conversation about games, movies and comics, it felt very welcoming and I had a nice visit!

The staff here are friendly, helpful, encouraging, and very kind to me every visit. They have a wide variety of games for many consoles, such as the XBOX One, Wii U, Wii, etc. There is a good amount of space for customers to shop for new games, and every time I go there I feel welcome. The prices are somewhat below normal prices, which is great, and almost every game is in new condition, excluded the used/traded ones, which are still in good condition.
