Easy office to work with for a rental. The employees were friendly and responsive with needs. James H. was great to work with. I have now rented several times at this location and the staff have always been friendly and they have always had the vehicle I needed. Will definitely use them again for any future rental needs.

I needed a car quickly to get back to my busy life and James was outstanding. James went over how to properly use all the new things in cars these days and made sure all my questions were answered. The car was clean smelling and the oil had just been changed. Thank you James and Enterprise of Oakridge for everything you've done for my family every time we've needed a rental. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great rental with great service.

They car was great all accept it was a non smoking car which was ok because I really had no choice and has to make do, but they should really make renting car for everyone not just the non smokers, have some for non smoker and some for smoker

We rented a SUV from yall.. The windshield whipers kept catching. So the rain was not always clearing off. When we returned the SUV and reported this. Yall immediately went into action to make sure the vehicle would be serviced so other clients wouldn't have an issue with this vehicle and took care of us as well even tho we just didn't want someone getting hurt from this since it could be very dangerous.. Thanks for putting customers first!! Definitely appreciate the manager and assistant who took care of us 100% at the Oakridge TN location! We will be going back!!

Even in awful weather the staff was great. Not fond of the car I rented but it is mostly grumpy old man complaints about new fangled gizmos with cryptic iconography hiding what they do.

Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Oak Ridge,TN locations. They are always friendly and accommodating. We have rented from them for years, and always been very satisfied. I highly recommend them!

Enterprise in Oak Ridge is such a well-run business! Five star review for them-- each employee there was so accommodating, helpful, and super friendly! I had originally booked a car through one of those travel apps, and it was a disaster when it came time to pick it up...but I called Enterprise in Oak Ridge, and they came to the rescue! Fantastic customer service and a new, clean vehicle to take on vacation! I will never book with anyone else. :)

Rental experience with Enterprise has always been great when selecting a car as well as the process and service of picking it up. I have always been treated fairly and have enjoyed renting. I however encounter an issue with my last rental from Oak Ridge. I had made the reservations on line for February 11, 2022 through March 21, 2022 and upon picking up the vehicle I was informed at the time I was getting into the vehicle to drive off that I would have to stop at the nearest Enterprise dealer to update my dates as they could not give me dates to the 21st. I was never told I would have to pay extra as I had paid through the 23rd. I stopped at Alexandria, Louisiana and had the papers updated, which I was told by the Enterprise servicing employee that is did not seem right that I had to do this as it should have been through the 21st as I showed my papers from my online purchase. I had to pay an extra $150.00 which I was not happy with, but felt I was cornered into doing it. I will be more conscious next time that this does not happen again.

Renting a car usually isn’t my favorite experience, but this location is an exception! Brooke is so nice and helpful, and she and her staff are so efficient. They also gave me a ride back to my house to save me an Uber expense, and I so appreciate the service with a smile. Thanks for being dependable and providing a great customer experience!
