Really nice bookstore! Has a little bit of anything you want from books to cards and many gift items for kids and adults, lots of Disney decor, action figures and anime character items! Even a used book section, what more could you need from a bookstore?

This place brings those wonderful things called books to life..and everything you need at your fingertips with relaxing, time stands still..wonderment

This place is very similar to Barnes and Noble, but truthfully, I think I like it better. They do a good job organizing the store and have some unique items. Personally, I think their horror section is pretty cool. I also think they’re just a little bit more affordable than Barnes and Noble. They also offer an affordable used book section as well. It’s a great place to get a good book, or to just walk around in.

Cool place to poke around. Lots of interesting toys and items besides books to check out. Use to come here often for books and material when mynkids where homeschooled. They have a decent selection of Manga to choose from. I've gotten several good deals on board games here and I always like checking out what's in the clearance bins.

Books-A-Million always have the best selection of books in all different genres! Staff are always knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend if you are a book person!

The staff members are nice and helpful. They have a wide selection of books and even Manga! Great prices as well. First experience went well so I went back a second time and bought more books. Bookworms, join the club! Its totally worth it!

Celebrate Black history month, with a good book. Un-familiar with the great Harriet Tubman, or Frederick Douglass? Both were unjustly denied every right and every consideration by slavery, and yet they achived greatness by helping others .... I invite you, read about them with books from BAM.

I stopped in to Books a Million for a couple of last minute Christmas gifts. They had just what I was looking for! The checkout process was timely and the people were helpful and cordial. Shopping at Books a Million is usually a pleasant experience. This visit was no exception.

Love going here to get my books for personal use and also for work. Great customer service and wide selection of books. The selection of books is very impressive in my opinion. They have self help books to anime. Most of the time there are at least 3-4 employees to help customers find the books they need and to offer recommendations.

I likes books a million, I am just glad that's still have one open near where I live it still 30 minutes away.

This place is amazing. A true book lover's dream. And journals! Oh my, I love pretty paper and pens! You can find the perfect gift in here as well. They have it all. The employees are extra nice and helpful - superb customer service. Great place in Oak Ridge!

The employees at this location were extremely kind and helpful to check some of the prices of items that I wasn't sure about. They do have a decent amount of clearance bins for $2-3, highly recommend looking through.
I am disappointed in the company overall that they don't price match but I get that's a bigger issue.
