Big Lots

I cannot put into words how highly I would recommend this location. I ordered a bed frame&mattress online from them,but when I called to see if it was ready for pick up the girl on the phone said she couldn't find it in the system&that they actually didnt even have the mattress i ordered&that my order probably got kicked to another store??After much stress&calling every Big Lots in the surrounding counties to see if they had received my order a random number called me&it was a man named James who was not involved at all at this point,but was Manager of the Oak Ridge store&had heard from another store that I had called what was going on&wanted to do whatever he could to resolve my problem. WOW?This doesn't happen anymore I was shocked but very happy! Not only did he restore my faith that there actually really are still good Managers around,but he calmed me down,&fixed my problem.He had a frame&mattress waiting for my son&husband to pick up just half hour later!! Because of James kindness&professionalism my son had a bed to sleep on that night~Thank You James☆

Always love to shop here, they always got something new to check out.

Great people they help me find what I was after that day

Today I went looking for a loft and shelf, and a very helpful and nice employee named Travis helped me. He was patient and willing to go back and forth and double check to make sure they had what I needed. He ended up finding it and had a great attitude the whole time. I highly reccomend asking him for help if you need it. You will get A+ service.

Absolutely the best managed BL in Knoxville area. I have visited all too. Was looking at outdoor furniture and pergola. Ended up buying here because inventory was actually put together and displayed tastefully. Great service. Manager is the best. Thank you Terry. Highly recommended

I always enjoy their selections. You can find some fun neat things! It is definitely a place you would want to go to find neat gifts for any holidays. And they have great home items, furniture, cookware, jewelry, toys, basically anything you would want to find. And at great prices!

I really enjoyed my experience at the store. The staff was very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. The girl that was working the cash register today was telling everybody Welcome to Big Lots as they walked in the door. Any question I had was answered promptly. The selection of things they had at this location was excellent. I went in there for one thing and walked out with $100 worth of merchandise.

They are redoing the store...very nice. Sales are great...pays to wait as they have them often. Clearance was even better tonight! Never had an issue here. Not so busy that you can't find an employee to help if needed. Good quality of items. Good selections too!

Inventory always full of new items

I always like to go and look around.

We were looking for a couple recliners and believe we found them after checking out almost all we saw. Hubby doesn't buy before he has looked around but he does have a favorite from those we tried. Staff was very helpful.

So many discounted prices and the service was excellent. People helped me when I was looking for certain items and they helped me. Store is very clean and isles were opened and not blocked by boxes or things not properly put away. This is is a great place to shop and also window shopping for upcoming holiday shopping

Mr james in furniture was awesome! Extremely helpful an polite, very welcoming! Will go back there again for furniture.

Big Lots is one of my favorite places to "treasure hunt". In addition to the usual merchandise, I can often find new things or foods to try out.

The Oak Ridge Big Lots staff are all super nice. I had an online coupon that was all fouled up, and Terry and Markell went above and beyond to figure it out and make it work for me.

Great place to shop! Excellent staff with smiling faces and always willing to help. The store was exceptionally clean and organized. Lots of different products to choose from and beautiful furniture!! Great quality!!

Very nice ! And the associate was very helpful and fast, pick up order was fast and efficient, helped with loading it on our trailer , also the associate helped me with bedsheets and comforter a very pleasant experience I will be going there again.
