Stephen, & Delphina are great managers and pay attention to detail. The staff overall is helpful and will do whatever they can to make you a satisfied customer.

I had spent over 8 hrs on the phone with ATT customer service to no avail....I was able to go to this store and the wonderful management was able to quickly deal with my issue with patience and understanding.

My wife and I went into this store looking for information on a hotspot. Delphia Roper was outstanding! My wife and I agreed that we have never had such Great Customer Service from anyone or any company. Delphia took her time to explain everything to us. She went over everything including a way to save us money! We just relocated to Tennessee and if this is how customer service is supposed to be, we made a great choice by going to this store. Delphia Roper is truly amazing!

We had a good experience yesterday when switching from another provider and purchasing new phones and other merchandise. The customer service representative was knowledgeable of AT&T's products, attentive to our needs and desires, and very pleasant to deal with. Additionally, he encouraged us to follow up with him with questions and issues. This might sound petty, but the rep was nicely groomed and dressed. Appearance matters. Thank you for your concern for customers.

The staff at this store have been great. Brandon and everyone I’ve encountered were incredibly helpful in dealing with the connection issues I was having with my new phone. They got it resolved and I’ve had no issues since.

As a senior citizen, sometimes modern technology baffles me. I recently set up a flip phone, and I received fabulous service. I have returned 2-3 times with additional questions or about problems accessing my AT&T accounts online, and each time I have received friendly, detailed, and helpful service. Not once did anyone roll his eyes at my "dumb questions"!

After a long morning of numerous unsuccessful attempts to connect new service over the phone, I loaded up and went down to the store to get help. Within 10 seconds I was greeted and seated at a desk, with an absolute gem of a service rep. This gentleman, Ace, took care of every need, answered every question, and had me leaving with a smile. My experience was outstanding and I recommend anyone considering AT&T, go see Ace in Oak Ridge.

I went into the store and immediately was met with a store rep. She was very kind and helpful. She helped my to get my new IPhone 12 and was very patient and understanding. She was willing to talk about questions and concerns I had.

The Oak Ridge AT&T store is a stress free experience. Matt and William are professionals. They know their products, the available plans, and do not try to push anything on you. Always very helpful and in good mood. My choice any time.

My experience with Andy Holt was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and patient without being condescending. Because of his good care I have a new phone which was set up and ready to use in very good time. Thanks is not nearly enough.

Andy was absolutely wonderful !!! He worked with me and my son to set up his first account ! It made it very easy and was so very nice to talk to and give us all the information we needed!! My husband and I are both now coming back to join att because he was so helpful and knowledgeable!!!

Andy made our experience at the Oak Ridge Att store amazing. Saving my photos during a phone transfer was my top priority especially after losing my youngest son. The photos are priceless to me. Andy went above and beyond to help my husband and I and we are very grateful for his kindness and helpfulness .

We usually go to Oak Ridge to accomplish this task. Always a good experience. We went in & met with Chelsea. Wonderful experience. She knows how to listen. Her recommendations were spot on. She made sure we understood the product & requirements. We highly recommend this store & Chelsea.
