AT&T Store

I came in with what should have been an easy task (switching service from one Apple Watch to another) but for some reason the new watch just wasn’t connecting. Journey was absolutely the most helpful, friendly, patient, and thorough sales associate I’ve ever had the pleasure of assisting me. The problem literally took hours to resolve, even being on the phone with tech support. Not only did Journey make sure that my issue was resolved, he still was able to take care of all his customers while I was waiting on the tech phone support. Another young lady was there in the afternoon and she was very friendly and helpful. I’ve only had to come in for help a couple of times to this store but they have been the friendliest and most efficient staff.

The store associate named Journey did a fantastic job today during our visit. He was extremely helpful and gave us wonderful customer service. Throughout the process of our service (for my mother and I), he made sure to explain to us what he was doing to help us and worked in a timely manner. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

I came into AT&T this morning not having a clue about getting on a plan, khareem took very great care of me, answered all of my questions, got me set up with a new phone and even helped me pick out the accessories! He definitely made my first experience the best!

My experience with Khareem was very exceptional! My daughter needed new accessories for her device and he was very knowledgeable about the products and promotions. He even went over and beyond by having conversation with me to uncover that I'm eligible for a business account to assist with my new business' needs.

The assistant manager Erica also followed up during the purchase to check on my experience.

This location is always very welcoming and upbeat! Never a bad experience.

Tyreke was absolutely amazing today in assisting me with phone upgrade and transferring all my information! He told me about specials and I was even able to get some Christmas gifts knocked out! Truly amazing customer service!

I loved my experience at AT&T on hwy 96, I had the most amazing sales associate Tyreke. He was so caring and he worked with my budget. I came in with a crisis and left out with an experience that was amazing. He relieved me of all stress of not having a phone and gave me so much more. Thank you so my my cellphone hero Tyreke.

This week was nothing short of amazing!! Huge Shout out to Kiki (Store Manager) and her team for making my store visit personable. A special shout out to Quent, who took care of me from getting me upgraded to the best phone and positioning the many accessories I got with absolutely no regrets! Quent’s calm and chill personality is what’s needed in this days Retail environment. He was patient and quite humorous. Nevertheless, he was committed to getting me what I needed to ensure my personal life was positively impacted by my mobile needs. Thanks Quent, you rock!! Overall what makes this store awesome is the team. Although I was working with Quent, the other team was very engaging, Armani, Brandon, Kareem and even Mike! They truly make you feel welcomed in the store and provided awesome feedback when asked for their thoughts on product selections!!

The representative who served us was by far one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very personable, very knowledgeable, very patient, and extremely helpful with our upgrades.

We have done business with ATT for many years, and have to say that we have never experienced this level of service before - although we have always had great experiences with ATT representatives in the past, Quentin was totally OUTSTANDING!

He was extremely knowledgeable about setting me up with an upgrade, getting me all the latest accessories, as well as presenting new and exciting offers for other products I didn’t even know were available to me! We had a very wonderful experience at AT&T Bonaire, GA.
I had several questions that were answered without having someone be pushy with unnecessary sales.
Khareem (Hinton) was our consultant. He was not only very friendly and helpful, but he was very professional.

Customer service was great tyree helped me set up my direct TV and upgraded our phone. I will be back for more business if you want to be tooken care of come to the bonaire location. On GA 96

If I would give 10 stars I would Tyreke was very nice and sweet.. I only came in to upgrade my phone and ended up getting a new watch that I love so much.. after discussing about my bill and getting it lower he told me about some great promotions and deals that I couldn’t pass up on coming here today really saved me a lot of money .. I just wanted to take the time out and say thank you for that my mom and siblings are very grateful… Be Blessed !!!

We came in to upgrade our phones and Quentin was the best! He was very helpful and explained all the new features. He went above and beyond to help us get discounts we didn't know about. We've been with ATT for years and no one ever suggested a military discount, which is huge! Even during our wait time for transferring from old to new phone was pleasant conversation. If I ever recommend to anyone to go to ATT I will tell them to go to that store and ask for Quentin.

We switched from Verizon to AT&T today. Jaron and Tyreke answered every question with patience and knowledge of their products and the process...and didn't pressure us to buy stuff we didn't want. They saved us a lot of money today and for the months and years ahead. I highly recommend you come see Jaron and Tyreke. You'll leave highly satisfied!
