I was traveling from my home in Florida to Perry GA. I lost my phone and called T mobile from my wife's phone to suspend service. I went to the Bonaire store and dealt with Kyle Huff to buy a new phone.
He was very knowledgeable and articulate.
Since service was suspended he had to get tech support involved.He stuck with it and got me up and running.ive been with T mobile for 21 years because of the Excellent service that I get. KYLE HUFF is an excellent and valued player. I'm 62 and retired and this guy is the real deal.Thanks Mr. Huff!!

My family had the best customer service ever from Emmanuel on November 25th! I walked out with my first ever iPhone and couldn’t be happier. Emmanuel was patient and very informative which helped me make the right decision for my needs. So I personally recommend coming to this T-Mobile store and no place else. Carmen displayed excellent customer service. He was accommodating with the process of helping me with my phone. I recommend anybody to go to the Tmobile on 96 and ask for Carmen, and I promise you won't be disappointed in the customer service you will receive.

As an on call nurse my phone is vital to my job. When I ran over my phone, Sherneka was a great help in helping me quickly replace it but was still through in explaining all my options. Great customer service!
