Absolutely wonderful!!! They are amazing! I stupidly waited till the last second to order my sons balloons for his birthday and this party city went above and beyond !!! I am so thankful for Chris!!

Well organized and layed out store with easy access to all items. Kelis was a stand out as a sales representative both knowledgeable and helpful.

Love everything about this store!! Great service and well stocked! If you are having a party and looking for ideas you can stroll the isles for different themes and colors! I recommend pre-ordering your balloons if you can, it is so convenient! The balloons are great quality and last.

This was in the Joliet store but yesterday, one of the team members...guy with the glasses was really nice to me when I requested to have my balloon filled and was gonna charge me, but later allowed me to leave as he didn't want me to wait in line to pay. That was wonderful. Please give him a raise!

This location is amazing! Tom and Morgan were amazing. I came in for some things for my son’s birthday party and they were so nice to not only me but also my son! This has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with Party City!!! They were amazing!!!!

This store makes you feel safe against COVID, because the staff wears a mask. Chis is the worker that helped with my graduation order. He educated me on new offers, how long the balloons would last and what not to do. Just a great customer service rep.

Went here for baby shower supplies with my wife and the service was fantastic. We were helped out by the store manager Gina and she was beyond helpful. She knew all the lastest trends and things you need to throw a wonderful baby shower. Top notch store.

I was at Party City last night purchasing two balloons numbers and Cheryl was great help with assisting me with colors and she explained longevity of the large number balloons. Overall my experience was great and she was very personable and a great help to me. I enjoyed chatting with her for a bit!
