Staff was so polite and friendly. Everyone at the cash register greeted me as I walked pass. Made me feel kinda good. Although this was my first experience at this store, I really liked their prices. They had spectacular deals on meats, during the holiday. I plan to go back based on their prices.

Had not shopped at Safeway in several months since our neighborhood store closed years ago. I only shop if I'm near one which is usually Oxon Hill that is seemingly the closest. Was in the Clinton area last night, so I decided to shop for a few necessities, awesome experience and great friendly staff. Not to mention the sale! I need to drop in more often.

Only been there this Sunday afternoon and it was calm easy flow not too crowded and quick check out so yeah would recommend it at least on a Sunday afternoon

I give this store 5 stars for the variety. There isn't enough staff to check ppl out but it was my first time visiting. There are other stores nearby if you need to shop for different things. I love the variety of food that they provide.

Had an issue with a delivery order. Reached out to online customer service, issue partially solved. A short time later received a phone call from a customer service director from the store where the order was shopped. She was reaching out to clarify the message that was received from the report. She offered me was able to resolve my issue beyond what the online representative offered. She went above & beyond to ensure I had a pleasant customer experience. Ms. E. They didn't have cabbage today, and the bakery was closed. And there was empty shelves everywhere in the bakery

The young lady at the service desk was awesome 👌. My card and just for you app was not working as they should and I didn't get all my discounts at the register. Once I was received at the service desk, problem was handled so professionally. She contacted corporate and together the problem was solved, together. Thank you, you were awesome and helpful to me. Good service. I wanted to purchase beef rib tips. The Butcher was nice to cut some up for me, because none were on the shelf.

Went to Safeway for a vaccine. They offer Covid, flu, shingles, pneumonia and various other vaccines. (Make sure you test yourself for Covid shortly before you get a Covid vaccine.) I had a scheduled appointment; it wasn't crowded. I chose Safeway over CVS as I wanted to avoid as many sick people as possible. Gentleman that gave me vaccine was pleasant and efficient. Be prepared to wait 15 minutes after vaccine to ensure no negative physical reactions. Picked up 2 spring waters on way out & was pleasantly surprised that it was only 99 cents per gallon. Win-win!

I visited the Safeway Pharmacy and receive excellent service. The pharmacist went over the directions for taking my medicine, the side effects, and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Not only that he recommended that I reach out to my insurance company to see if they would recommend a cheaper prescription then the one the Dr recommended. Pharmacist went above the norm and I greatly appreciated the attention detail I received.

Get more shopping carts immediately!!! Stop allowing kids to steal them for joy rides. As a disabled senior, I need a cart.

This has been my go-to store for more than 25 years. It underwent some internal renovations recently and looks great. The staff are friendly and it is a rare occasion when they don't have something I need.

Their deli has the best baked chicken going. I only get the wings but the other pieces are good also. There's a gentleman and a lady that works that shift before 8pm that are very polite

I really love the store the worker are helpful and friendly positive attitude positive energy wellness to help you 👍

This is a nice Safeway it's one of the larger ones in the area. I just want to thank one of the amazing cashier's Miss G. Ivey for her gracious and kind service. This Safeway is usually well stocked and clean. The employees are kind and helpful as well which makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

I frequent here ALOT. Everything is always fresh, and they always have great deals. Some of the cashiers, have EXCELLENT customer services. There is a cashier with braids and he is very professional and polite to every single customer and ensures they found everything ok. There are a couple other great cashiers too. I wish I could remember the names. The store is very clean too.
