Julie's Boutique in Gastonia is amazing. I've been to a few of the others and this location is by far my favorite. Candice and Mona are amazing! They are so nice and personable. They always find a way to help you without being to overbearing or pushy. It is my favorite place to shop and i have never had a bad experience! Been shopping there for years!

I shop at Julie’s all the time, and every time I walk in the door I’m greeted by friendly faces!! I love coming here. All of the girls Go above and beyond to help me find what I’m looking for. Mona is the sweetest!

I visited the gastonia location today, and just wanted to say i appreciate the girls being super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found a really cute outfit, i can’t wait to wear it! I drove from an hour from boilingSprings NC just to check you guys out and you did not disappoint, I’ll be back ! 💋

Awesome service

The worker was very rude and overbearing. She acted as if I was going to steal from the store even though I was just wanting to try on dresses for my wedding shower! I did not get to enjoy my time trying on. I loved the dresses but just can’t handle when workers are rude.

DISAPPOINTED... I have worked in retail and currently work in healthcare so I've always given a lot of grace to current retail employees but I experienced a sad thing when I came to shop in Julie's... I walked in and the cashier said "hello, welcome to Julie's" upon finally looking up at me I was given a very dirty look. I brushed that off cause maybe she was having a bad day. There was another woman helping 2 customers ( a mother and young daughter) , going above and beyond to cater to them and the whole time i was browsing, choosing things to try on this 2nd woman literally dumped into me and never offered a bit of assistance. At this point it was obvious she was ignoring me and it was obvious I need a dressing room but i had to get one myself when the other customers were offered dressing rooms as they shopped. Both employees offered impeccable customer service to all the customers who came in the store before AND after So i finished trying on clothes and didn't want I just leave the dressing room a mess so i began putting the clothes back all the while getting stared down by the woman at the register as if i was shoplifting... Now, i am always well-dressed and well-spoken. Working in retail there is a certain type of customer that you keep an eye on for the sake of loss prevention and in no way shape or form did look any different than the other customers other than my skin color... NEEDLESS TO SAY. I will not bring my business there anymore. I've never been "that' customer before but the disrespect was too blatant
