Family Dollar

The store is nice and stocked. The staff are really friendly and have great customer service.

I stopped at Family Dollar to get My Little Sister some bath bombs. The store shelves are pretty much empty. The Cashier was very nice, I didn't see any bath bombs, I asked Her if the sold them, She told Me that She had just seen some in a tub, She then went to the tub with Me behind Her and showed Me what They had. Very caring and loving.

This store is HUGE! It is very well stocked, clean and the customer service is great. My favorite Family Dollar!

I’m so happy we have Family Dollar on this side of Knightdale this store is so CLEAN and always smells great and I’ve been in a lot of different Family Dollars that we’re not,the workers are so polite ,one day I went into the store didn’t know how to get the app on my phone and the store manager Tina took the time to help me ,til I got the app went out of her way beyond her call of duty that meant a lot to me ,and she always has a beautiful smile on her face when she greets her customers friendly environment I shop there everyday Thank you for these wonderful people and the store Sincerely Donna

The staff is friendly and if you need help or ask questions they will give you information you need and if you can not find it truly southern.

This Family Dollar is much bigger and cleaner than most and seemed to have a lot more sale and clearance items.
