I had a fantastic experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Lewisville. Recently, we purchased a paddle boat from the Allen location, only to discover it had a hole. This led us to a process of exchanging the large item, which required us to visit both the Lewisville and Allen stores. Despite the inconvenience, the staff at both stores went above and beyond to assist us with a smile. They displayed a high level of professionalism and dedication, ensuring that we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. Notably, Alex from the Lewisville store even reached out to the Allen store to keep them in the loop about our situation. The exceptional customer service and teamwork we encountered make us loyal customers of Dick’s Sporting Goods. We greatly appreciate their efforts in making this potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. Kudos to the teams at both locations for their outstanding assistance and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Nice new store for this chain. On a Monday morning, the store was well stocked in all areas, very clean, and there was plenty of staff in all the departments to answer any questions. There is tons of parking, and no wait for checkout at the time I was there.

We had some parts missing from a large item we purchased (at no fault to the store) and we were in contact with two different managers about the issue. Both went above and beyond for us and we were able to get the parts we needed in less than 24 hours vs the 10-12 weeks that we were told from the manufacture. From picking up the items to getting our issue resolved, overall a great experience.

I could spend hours going through this store. It's very well designed, organized & clean. Cameron helped me find what I was looking for & Brenda got me checked out. Both were very helpful, knowledgeable & cheerful. Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs, too. 👏👏👏

A rich selection of sports and casual wear. Get spoilt for choice. Just make sure you check out the in-house brand DSG just as good as the major sportswear brands

Came in on Christmas eve to get some shoes. Rakayla was super nice. She was handling 5+ families at the same time. Couldn’t have been more friendly. She had my shoes in under 30 seconds.

This Dick’s has AWESOME customer service. Knowledgeable, attentive and they care. Lainie especially, she ROCKS!!! If you miss how customer service is suppose to be, you won’t be disappointed here.
