I had a wonderful experience!! The ladies there, Marla and Reagan, were very helpful and treated us just like a good friend. Not only were they very funny and kind but they wouldn't hesitate to help us or change something. Thank you ladies!! I really do recommend this cricket.

I moved five iPhones from AT&T to Cricket. The process could not have gone better. I worked with Katron in Barberton and cannot say enough good things about this Cricket representative. He was friendly and helpful. An extremely difficult customer came into the store as I was leaving and he handled her very professionally. I spoke with Cece on another visit to the store and also found her to be personable and helpful. Thanks, Cricket, for cutting my cell bills by more than half!

Had wonderful service from a gentleman named Chad. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service skills and though he was very busy he did his absolute best to ensure everyone was satisfied.
