They have absolutely everything I need in one store.My mom didn’t have a Christmas tree, so on December 23 I decided to check out the sales at Michael’s. One Christmas tree was left, and it was gorgeous. They even wheeled it out to the car for me and loaded it. And I got it for 75% off! I’m always in here picking up drawing and painting supplies as well as beads and gifts for my grandchildren.

The staff was very helpful as we were not familiar with the layout of the store. They showed us where to find what we needed.

This is a really clean, well organized store! 100% the best craft store to buy cake decorating stuff around.

I took my oil painting in to be framed...it looks fabulas!
Must say that even at their discount, the framing seemed expensive, but I haven't checked around to compare prices much yet.

Lots of different pets and different types of items for all your animals. Friendly employees.

I came into the store to return broken frames that were mailed from the corporate website. My order came in three separate boxes, and over half the order was broken. Not knowing what to do, I took all three boxes to my local store.

The three employees working were incredibly helpful!

Isabella helped sort what was broken and what was not. John Michael helped find replacement frames that were available in the store. Natalia helped refund what was not able to be replaced. Since it was shipped in three separate boxes with three separate bar codes this was a very lengthy and complicated process. Natalia was kind, very helpful, and happy to help me through this complicated task. She kept calm under pressure when the line started to grow. Isabella was able to jump in an assist with checking out other during this time. I want to thank all three of these employees who were amazing caring and friendly! Thank you very much for making this situation better. I know it was a pain for y'all, but you made my night. I really appreciate it!

Because I love doing crafts and I have been able to find a lot of fun ideas for my hobbies.

Can't always get help when trying to find something. For the most part, your on your own until you get to the cash register, then the cashier has to direct you to what you need or answer your questions. I'm not gonna hold it against them, I'm very understanding, people nowadays quit an change jobs like clothes. It's ridiculous when so many people don't want to work or aren't willing to do the job they are hired for and companies are suffering because of it. I love the variety of selection in products but wish they had more gemstones in the beading/jewelry area. Needless to say I still enjoy coming here because I can get almost every craft item I need. Good quality too!

Found what I wanted and was checked out very nicely..

I can’t recall the gentleman's name that is usually there cashiering. Tall, with brown hair. Anyhow, he has always been SO nice whenever I have gone there. I was just there this last weekend with my baby and he opened the door for our stroller on the way out. Im a busy mama, but he has been so consistent that I needed to make time to say thank you and give a great review!

Great prices, and products.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of cute, fun, creative stuff here. This is a true crafts store. There are always good sales running. The store is surprisingly well maintained considering how many small items there are that likely get misplaced a lot. I want to say the bathrooms here are usually above average for public / store restrooms.

I love this store. The employees are always nice... always. And they have a Clearance aisle that is so much fun to look through. I have yet to not find a lil treasure amongst the randomness. My last trip I was kind of shy and just picking at the items on the top shelf. Then another lady came into the aisle and started looking. After a few minutes we were laughing about how much we enjoyed this spectacular aisle. Another thing about this store is I always find some sort of activity for my kids. They always get mad if I go without them. They like Michael too!

Always has a good quantity of what I need. Or don't need for that matter. I was looking for a cable stich holder for knitting. I'm not even making a cable sweater! But I need the holder! Haha

Erin/Aaron is The Pro for all your framing needs! He took great care of me and I am grateful. Selection of most everything for what you're hunting is good and plentiful. Good thing their carts are on the smaller side or I'd come out of there considerably lighter in the pocket book. Thanks again to Aaron/Erin and Co!!

This is the best Michael's ever! So clean, super friendly, and the store manager is awesome!

Had never been to this location before, but I like it. The layout is nice and the place was pretty clean considering we were there on Black Friday. They had a nice selection of supplies, though I was only there for vinyl and paper. I'd gladly go back again next time I'm in the area.
