The woman who helped me (whom I believe was the manager) was incredibly nice and equally knowledgeable. I neither needed nor wanted the gamestop pro membership going into the store but she made such a fantastic pitch I joined on the spot and would happily do so again

The staff was pleasant and while I was completing my purchase we got side tracked into a wonderful little conversation for a short ten minutes or so. It was pretty good day.

I love the associates here! They're helpful and extremely knowledgeable. For what they have to go through in a day I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Thank you for what you do and know that you are appreciated Game Stop team! ; )

A very interesting visit. I was able location everything that I searching for. It was a pleasant visit. Although so products wasn't available, I was still able to purchase something different. The sales was priced accordingly. The associate able to correct my purchase due to a mistake with pricing. Overall I enjoyed the visit. It was a great time looking through the game stop.

Had some issues with the new PS5 I bought. Jessica was a great help getting it swapped out. She was incredibly helpful with me and every other customer that came in the store.

I have completed 2 online orders this holiday season - both of which I completed in the store. Both orders arrived very quickly and were exactly what I wanted. Customer surveys were sent after each order to confirm that I was satisfied. Great experiences - both times!

Came in yesterday I can't remember their name but the employee working was the nicest and most helpful person I swear I've been looking for games for my switch bc I just got into it and am not very good at games and they did their best to help me figure out what I may like and did their best to find me copies of games I wanted. I really appreciated them being so patient and helpful.

I was greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed any assistance. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable yet not pushy in the least. I had quite a few questions but they were all answered thoroughly and thoughtfully despite the store becoming busy. I also appreciated the honesty of those working at the store as they explained options and prices rather than just taking my money. I would and will definitely shop there again, in addition to recommending it to others.

The guy working was amazing and every time I’m there the store is slammed and he is always busting his a** working alone. Mad respect for him. He needs a raise.

This is an incredibly nice Gamestop. The kind of place that makes you go, yeah this stock is going to the moon. The kind of place that makes you say, yeah I'm not a paper handed baby, diamond hands all the way baby. The kind of place that brings nostalgia to your mind of being a kid and walking into this magical realm of games. But yeah that staff is nice here.

HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO ALLIE!! Talk about a store manager that values customer services. Came in two weeks ago in search of a Playstation 5. She told me to come back on the 24th before noon and she would have one for me. Truth be told, I didn't believe here. Dakota and Allie were in the store today and, as promised, my Playstation 5 Bundle was there. I had a bad experience with this location several years ago. Allie is definitely the right person for this location. I've been a Best Buy customer for years. I will be buying all my video games from this location in the future. Another shout-out to Dakota. His professionalism and salesmanship is the reason I bought a headset. Great recommendations. Hats off to this dynamic duo.

Jackson is awesome! I came in today to trade in my switch for an Xbox but ended up leaving with a PlayStation 4, 3 new games and coverage on everything!!! I typically know what I’m looking for and like to be in and out of places quickly but he was super friendly and helped me pick 3 new games I've never played all while saving me money! As a college student I like to ball on a budget and he literally made it happen. Highly recommend this place for trade ins, the staff is great! So far, sniper elite, 10/10. Thanks again Jackson!!!

They were of great help and fast service! The cashier even took the time to explain the rating to us at check out and find us the best deals and discounts. Overall I had a great experience there!

Willing to help their customers and give all knowledge if everything related to your specific gaming needs and are not afraid to admit that they do not have an answer to any questions that you might have, but are willing to help you find the answers.

The staff is very helpful in getting their customers what they need. I always choose this location when I need advice or a quality console. They make returns and exchanges super easy and stress free as well.
