Very nice grocery and supply Kroger! Gasoline pumps as well! Fresh baked goods in bakery. Excellent cuts of proteins. Nice deli area. Floral area. Fresh produce and fruit. Wine and Beer aisle. Very clean inside and out. Close to route 60 that takes you to interstate ramps. Local park across the street

I love this store. Everyone is polite and very helpful. I've lived here for eighteen years. I've always shopped at Kroger's. I refuse to grocery shop at Walmart. They cause the shut down of local shopping centers and then they dip one day. We have other grocery stores but I prefer Kroger's and will always shop here. I'm pretty sure they all recognize me. Lol I know I bother them with my late trips. I walk in thirty minutes before closing but always out the door before time. I figure I stress them out. I appreciate you guys!

I’m a truck driver. I turned in at the McDonald’s (in front of Kroger) and went right, in front of the Kroger then left towards the back. That way I’m set up to back into the dock. If you miss the turn it looks pretty rough and.. I actually missed the turn and u-turned at CVS on the left. I showed up right at closing but he still unloaded me and was very nice and polite. Thank you it was a rough drive. Shout out I think his name is J Hodges. #recieving #dockdoor #truck

I always love Krogers, although this store isn't as good as it used to be. Maybe they're having staffing issues or something. But the service has definitely downgraded over the years.

Found most of the things I need put couldn't get the phone app to work

A girl named Jessica I believe was stocking bread and asked me if I needed anything. She went out of her way to check for an item that wasn't on the shelf. I wasn't to worried about it, but she went out of her way for me and I appreciate her for it. Also you have worker there named Tom. He seems mad at first. I think he just has resting mad face. Lol, but he has a big heart. I definitely enjoy seeing him.

We usually shop at the big box store to support more choice, selection and market diversity in the WV area, as Kroger and the big blue are pretty much the only games in town. But with the times being so fraught and chaotic it really is a comfort to rely on an old standby. And our service with this order, despite the 'world ending' was actually, truly excellent. Thank you Michael L.!!!

Great grocery store! Center of town location makes it busy during the rush time. The store handles a large crowd well though. Parking is spacious and there is a light at the intersection to get out easily.

Friendly place, good staff. Usually pretty busy but people here in town are kind.

Shopping at Kroger, wherever, I always fine what I want and need. Sale items are convenient to check out throughout the stores. Covid times , a time we have to be patient with everything and everyone. Kroger was and is there for us shoppers. I thank them.

I only use ClickList and do not go inside the store anymore. The staff have always been wonderful. I do not order hamburger meat or tomatoes though. Have had several bad experiences with those 2 items.

I am disabled and sometimes it's hard for me to shop every single time I'm in my neighborhood Kroger store the employees go beyond and above service if I need help reaching anyting packing the groceries on the back of my wheelchair they're always willing to help with a smile I love my neighborhood Kroger store get the money you need as soon as tomorrow

I like Krogers friendly

The employees are kind and considerate at Saint Albans Krogers.
What irritates me about all Kroger stores is the constant shifting of the isles about every six months. Just when you have learned the new layout, they begin moving the products around again. One lady told me that they only move and switch around products from one isle to another once a year. That does not seem true unless it takes a year to shift everything around and then they start all over again.

I think they need to hire a few extra people or motivate the employees they have. There was barely any shopping carts available and theres never enough baggers available when its visibly busy.

I love this kroger. The people are always friendly amd helpful. It is like a second home to me and the family because we are there so much. I mean when you have 4 kids you do a lot of grocery shopping

Never have to wait more than a few minutes to get through the checkout line. The store is well staffed and you can always find someone close by to ask for help.

A Kroger is a Kroger. This one is bigger than most and therefore has a better selection of goods. The staff is very friendly and helpful: if it's in the store, they'll get you to it.

Today is Dec.10,2014. Just left my Krogers and found out your not going to carry Caffeine Free Pespi any longer.This is very upsetting to me.Why do away with something that you can't keep on the shelf.WHY?May I get a Answer please.
