TGI Fridays

I was completely surprised with this establishment! It was late when we visited, and I was expecting an Applebee's level dining experience. I was so wrong! The food was amazing, served quickly, and our server-I believe his name was Brent-was incredible! I can't say enough positive things about this place. It was just great, and I'm so glad we stopped!

Food was very good. The server was ok, when he remembered we were there. The atmosphere, it was like eating at a gothic TGI Fridays. Please put some color into your dining room.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant. I was a little skeptical because of other reviews. However, our experience was a great one. Our server was so sweet. And, the restaurant was clean. Food came out quick and was really good. Yes the decor is a bit outdated. Kinda gives me the 80’s Pizza Hut style vibe lol. But this will be a place we visit again. Thank you!

We were so delighted to find a TGI Friday's on our recent trip to West Virginia (we do not have one in our area anymore ir even one remotley close).
The wait staff was really great, prompt with both food and drinks. The food was not only hot it was absolutely delicious.
The waitress had only been there 4 days. She did great all around

The bar tender was welcoming and glade that you chose his establishment even though they were closing in twenty three minutes. The presentation was excellent no corners were cut and the service was excellent we wasn’t rushed. We took our desert to go However the waiter/bartender presented the dessert and gave us instructions on a simple step to heating up the dessert to maximizing the full combination of flavors. I recommend TGI to anyone who wants their dinner to be more like an event than just knocking down hunger pains.

Met friends after the Charleston Regatta, and it was great. Service was fast and friendly, food was served promptly, freshly prepared and delicious. The cocktails were good, bartender attentive.

They have new burgers/sandwiches that are large and gourmet. You get fries with them. They are delicious! Our waiter was great- attentative and personable. The restaurant was clean and not too busy!

Brandy is amazing!!! She is attentive and clearly experienced as a server! We love her!

Now the restaurant itself... they are usually under staffed, the roof leaks, and it's in disrepair. The bathroom is falling apart. It's disappointing, but the servers make up for it.

The steaks are usually chewy but mostly its cooked ok so not the kitchens fault.

Food was very good. Service was excellent. Our server Tallon was very professional and attentive. Made sure we were happy.

The food was great. We sat in the bar area. Our waitress was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive, I wish I'd had more money to tip her with. The Royal Lit drink was so good. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again the next time I'm in town.

Ended up here on a whim when the in-laws were watching the kids for a few days. It was an excellent happenstance and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience based on what I remember about TGI Friday's. The food was excellent, our server was exceptional, and it was all-in-all a great value and good time.

Professional staff with quality foods for a great price, with over20 beers of tap.

First, I have to say, the location of this restaurant in relation to the Holiday Inn Express in Cross Lanes West Virginia, is perfect. Second, the staff I so freaking nice. Glasses and bellies don't go empty here, that is for sure. Lastly, the food is, TGIFridays fare. Always good. I recommend starting off with some warm pretzels. Enjoy.

It was Great! Our waitress was Great too! We had a nice quiet meal without a lot of people. Everything we ordered came out perfect. I definitely recommend eating at this TGIFridays! It is best if you can go before 6pm. You get better service & better food!

Food was fresh and hot. No complaints about the service either. We are thankful to our server for coming to work today and taking such good care of us. It's not easy doing what you do especially during these hard times. We made it safely to Cincinnati.

This was my first time I ate at a TGI Friday's, and I have to say, I had a great experience. The parmesan butter with the center cut sirloin was an excellent combo. Do recommend that you get the garlic bread sticks instead of the broccoli, as the butter and garlic go great together. Wonderful, kind staff. Will want to go again.

The wires was very attentive and the food was great. Once we placed our order, it didn't take long to get our food to the table and it was prepared perfectly. Absolutely no complaints. 😁

Had a wonderful time and great experience, order the steak and ribs with Mac and broccoli. Our server was amazing, nice, and super sweet, I wish I could remember her name. She checked on us right away got our drink and took our order right away, she made sure everything was correct and that our steak was cooked correctly, which it was. Everything tasted amazing and she offered us dessert which I wish I would of saved room for. But our meal was very enjoyable and I would go back again if she was my server! Really wish I remembered her name, but it's hard after you have a kid. Highly recommended yall.
