Fish sandwich was so small that I thought it was a kids meal bun but it's just gotten a lot smaller than normal so you might want to order two of them if you want to fill up!! Sad! Everything cost more and it's really smaller than normal as well and that's sad!!! But it's not just here but everywhere!!!

When we want something really quick we go here great food and service ☺

The Food was incorrect, but the service made up for it and was corrected on site. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The homeless hanging around asking for money and hanging out was what hurt the atmosphere.

This McDonald's has been remodeled recently.
They now gave kiosks inside so that you can place an order.
The dining area is up to date.
My food was made to order. It was fresh and hot. It was put together nicely and the fries were perfect! I will put this on my list of top notch McDonald's.
I will give them a thumbs up!

We always take the DT & they're always fast & almost always get the order filled perfectly. Can't really complain about the one in St Albans.

I love our local McDonald's!! The staff is super friendly and the ice cream machine isn't always broke down like most of them are

We go here like 3 times a week. Food is always consistantly good. Lines at drive thru are long af. Breakfast biscuits are literally better than all the breakfast spots. Fight me

Gucci mcdonalds live flowers on every table

The cashier that waited on me "I think his name was Cody" was excellent. I stood back and watched him wait on other's and I do believe I couldn't have found any better service.

Nice, clean fast food restaurant with friendly employees. I special order my food everytime I go and they always get it right! Food is always fresh and hot and their menu is great, offering breakfast items anytime of the day and a variety of choices. Keep up the good work McDonalds of Saint Albans!!! 😄😄

Every time I come here My experience is always the same the food is hot and my order is always correct ,sometimes this place is really busy and sometimes I get in and out quickly regardless five stars!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻

Great food and friendly service as always! Best McDonald's around! It hasn't always been, but in the last year or so things have greatly improved.

Fries were great, and service was exceptionally fast.

Was through their drive thru in no time! Very well managed store when i was there! Food was hot & fresh! Definitely no complaints here!

It's always fast service, an 9 outta 10 times the food order is correct, an when it's not, it's taken care of so good that's its line there never was a mistake at all

Just moved here from Fla. Don't seem people local know what the second drive threw is for. But works out good for me. Good and fast service.
