We had a wonderful experience here staying one night on a road trip with our family of six. The rooms were clean and spacious, amenities were great, and price was a great value, but what really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. They actually called me the day before our stay to see if they could get anything extra for us before we arrived - I've never experienced this with a hotel if any kind before, ever. On top of this, they found one of our kids' stuffed animals that had fallen into the pullout couch a full week after our stay, and mailed it to us with a personalized note! Genuinely amazing service. We will go out of our way to stay here in the future if we're anywhere near the area!

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice and have checked in both times with Emily and have to say what a pleasure she is to deal with . She is a great asset to your company and the property is a great place to stay .

Great hotel!!
I wish we could have this exact hotel on every road trip we take! The place was very clean and well kept, the pool area was clean and the water was a perfect temp. The room was clean and didn't smell funny like some hotel rooms can at times.
The breakfast was perfect. A lot of TLC went into it.
One the not-so-great side, the furniture was a little worn, and both the desk chair and the fold out bed were broken. (Still usable but broken.)
The staff was very friendly and polite. The room we got had everything we needed for a restful overnight stay.
For the price it was a very good choice for us! We usually don't get this lucky!

We stayed on a sunday night in early April traveling from new river gorge NP to Mammoth cave NP. The staff was super friendly and check in was quick and easy. They even thanks me for being a member which reminded me a bit like disney. They also gave us complimentary waters for the road the next day. Absolutely superb service.

Our room was on 2nd floor 218, right behind the hotel sign in the front of the building. So no real view of anything but we were only staying one night. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Everything was very clean. AC/hearing unit worked perfectly. Kids enjoyed us having 2 TVs so they didn't have to fight over channels. We went to pool and kids loved one. Only 1 other family there and kids played together. There were no towels so we went to front desk and theybgave us a giant stack. The pool was a little too much chlorine. Also not many seats but was enough for us there. We checked out the fitness center briefly and noticed there were no towels there either. The water dispenser was also missing.

We slept great. The next morning we went down at 6AM for breakfast and there were already people there. The juice machine was out of service and the pancake maker was also out of order. But the other food was great. Egg, ham, pepper frittatas and potatoes amd biscuits and gravy. There were yogurts and milks and muffins and danishes and bagels. The best was the fresh cinnamon buns. So warm, crispy and flakey. Kind of made up for the no pancakes or juices. As usually they had coffee and hot chocolate. The coffee wasn't as strong as my wife liked but it worked.

Overall we would stay again no questions asked if we were passing through.

We were visiting family and friends and this location was in a good central location. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good, and it was easy in and out.

Great hotel. The bed was nice and comfortable which was a nice surprise as most of the hotels we've stayed at recently the beds were hard as rocks. The breakfast was also very nice with a variety of things to choose from.

We were upgraded to a suite...pleasant surprise. The room was clean and fresh and the bed was great! The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and the attendant was both efficient and friendly. The breakfast room was not jammed with too many tables. Don't hesitate to stay here!

We were greeted by Emily at the front desk and was pleasantly surprised with her helpfulness and great attitude. She helped us get the best room even though we had no reservation. She was very helpful to us as far as selecting entertainment and restaurants in the immediate area. The room was very clean and our stay was peaceful. I would highly recommend mainly due to Emily’s great attitude and friendliness. Very happy with our stay there.

The entrance was not at the right place but I'll help google fix that! The facility was very nice. Location is really cool... like in the mountain. Staff was actually super kind, friendly and helpful. Shout outs to Jordan!!! The check-in was fast quick and easy. Shouts to Hotels.com. our room was super clean, smelt fresh, beds super comfy, and layout was perfect! The bathroom was extremely clean and I couldn't find a "hair" anywhere! Breakfast....😘 delicious! This was definitely an amazingly decent price hidden place to stay!

We had a really wonderful stay. We were there on May 7th and all of the staff, especially the girls at the front desk, were extremely helpful and kind. Even right before we left we were offered drinks for the road. 10/10 would stay here again.

This is my second time staying here, and I've been equally impressed on both occasions. The hotel looks and feels clean and new. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating (including helping with a few specific requests from traveling with two small children). The rooms are furnished well, breakfast is sufficient, and the price is reasonable. The pool was an enjoyable temperature (cool, but not freezing like many other hotel pools). I wish that every hotel I stayed in was as enjoyable as this one.

The staff from the front desk , housekeeping , breakfast area were all very pleasant and helpful. They tried to accommodate upset visitors who were annoyed that so many kids were staying there for a soccer tournament. I thought they handled it all remarkably well.
The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable! I thought it was a great place for the price. Not sure how they pick one employee of the month as they all deserve it!

Before staying here I read reviews on multiple hotels in the area. And based on the reviews (and pictures) I decided to pick this hotel.
After driving 13 hours, we were met with a warm welcome and easy check in. I can honestly say this hotel was far better then anticipated and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
The beds were very soft, as well as the pillows. Maybe the long drive was a contributing factor but we all slept very well.

We have a family of 5 and booked a 2 bed suite. It had 2 TVs in it which the kids loved.
I enjoyed the coffee from the coffee maker in our room and the shower had great water pressure.

I'd definitely rate this hotel better then average and hopefully this review is helpful for others.

All the staff was very friendly. Room was extremely clean. Bed was nice and comfortable.

The cherry on top... we had a little snow over night and when I came out someone from their staff had brushed off the snow off of all the vehicles windshields in the parking lot NICE! :)

The best yet, we love the location, The desk clerk was fabulous when we checked in, we booked on line and the suite was to much.
When we checked in I asked I told her about the high price of the suite, but she stated since you are member she will give us one for a regular room.
And the location is awesome.

EXCELLENT experience! We travel a lot and this hotel was well worth the money. Staff did everything they could for us, even called after we checked in to see if everything was OK. The breakfast people were very polite and helpful. Pool was good, back patio was nice and the room was better than expected!

Not sure if anyone else is like me but I like to know how old a property is so I ask because who doesn't love staying at the newest locations when your away from your home. So for those who like to know, this property is 4 years old and is wonderful!!! The staff was very professional & kind. The rooms were clean and not overly scented from cleaning products. We slept extremely well in the comfortable beds. Breakfast was pleasant. The gym was a bit outdated but it does the job. We did not use the pool but saw many other guest enjoying themselves. Lastly the internet service was good. The area is tucked away off I64 and walking distance to Golden Corral. We very much enjoyed our stay and if ever in this area again will definitely stay here .

Front desk is very nice and very helpful. Monday night they had two free beers night and not just bud they had premium lager as well!!!! I have never had this kind of service at any hotel!!! Now most people would say no big deal but that was awesome to have a couple cold beers and watch the Monday night football games!!! Very clean rooms! Bathroom is awesome. Bowl style on the counter type basin and wall large tiled bathtub showers. A lot of contractors seem to use this hotel but still very quiet. Hotel sits away from the highway it was very quiet no road noise! Brightly lit parking lot! West Virginia K9 units stayed over night here which was very cool. Will update about breakfast after I have it but if it's like everything else here it will get a five star as well.

This hotel was our stopping point driving back from Myrtle Beach to Youngstown, Ohio. It was far better than the Super 8 we stayed at on the way down and was the same exact price. Staff were friendly and helpful and best of all this place was squeaky clean. Nice rooms, indoor pool, and surprisingly good Continental breakfast. My kids loved the pancake machine/conveyor belt. Would definitely stay again.
