The UPS Store

Excellent experience when dropping off an Amazon return. The store was very busy and the workers were working diligently to handle the number of individuals present. Jared promptly scanned my phone, placed a sticker on my item and provided a receipt to me. Amazon immediately provided my refund after I left the store.

Very pleasant experience!! Will use this facility again. Thank you to staff that helped me with my issues.

Just stop to return a package back to Amazon it was quick and fast had my
QR code scan it and was out and gone on my way

Can't say enough good things about this store's personnel! From the initial phone call about services available (I needed a Notary and two witnesses, plus copying and overnight shipping) to the actual service rec'd, exceptional from start to finish. The overnight letter was beyond expensive, but other than the shock of that, it was a positive experience all around.

This store is normally very busy, partly because of the fact that they are one of the few places you can ship things in town. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Come in with an expectation that you might have to wait a few minutes and you’ll be more than happy with the service you receive.

This store is always packed and I feel for them. Some customers are not easy to be around and they do their best. You can tell they're worn out. They're always super helpful to me when I come in and they explain how the process should go if I have any questions. Thankful for them otherwise we wouldn't be able to get our packages.

I visited the UPS Store in Florence today and received exceptional service even though there was a large number of customers. The staff was courteous, professional, and informed me of the steps to needed complete the service I required. I highly recommend this business!

Even though my package has been lost. I’m still
Giving them a 5 star rating. Manager handled the claim well, expressed it would take awhile, still isn’t resolved but they are doing all they can. Every time I have emailed I have gotten a reply, if I call the manager gets on the line. Can’t complain really some things are a process. I hate waiting but it happens, thanks for the amazing customer service even in a bad situation.

I have to frequent this store often to drop off packages being shipped from the company I work for. I feel so bad a lot of times because I have so many heavy and awkward boxes but every time I come in the entire staff is always so friendly. I really appreciate all of them being so nice. I’ve been in the shipping business for over ten years and it can be a headache at times so I understand and relate to what they all go through at times. Great store and great customer service!

This is a high volume store and many times the line is to the door and wrapped around inside but they are always efficient in handling and service is received quickly..

I had the best experience at this store a few days ago. Sundy went above and beyond to help me. Gave me advice on what I should do about my return that I had for Amazon. I will definitely be using their services again and again!!

This store is always on it!! The employees are so sweet and helpful, Sundie is very patient and gets you out quick! Each time I’ve come there’s been a long line, even reaching the door, and I’ve still never spent longer than 5 mins in there. Cannot complain!

Had to mail a package 📦 back to Amazon (rare). The lady working was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I was very impressed with Larry @ this store location, he went outside the box to get me an answer..Extremely professional with the personal touch, hard to find someone like him these days, thank you so much ....

I was able to email the store the Amazon return label. They printed it, saving me money printing it myself.

Staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond to help me out. I always come forgetting something like tape or my return label and they are quick to assist!

Thanks Heather for your help this morning. She was fast,friendly,and very helpful . Next time I need something shipped I will be returning to this location.

This is the only UPS location I use. They go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner for you, and are very friendly.
