AT&T Store

Got amazing help from a representative! I wish I could remember her name! I will be checking and seeing if I can find her name and give and update. She answered all my questions and was very patient and kind.

The customer service was amazing, we were there for about 2 hours setting everything up and everyone was very attentive and helpful. 10/10 customer service!

They was fast an amazing to work with helping me switch from Verizon Wireless to AT&T . I love the fast service and it picks up every where I go now !!!!

Service was: Quick, Courteous and fulfilled my needs effortlessly. Service plan was exactly what I needed, at price I could afford. The service at AT&T was refreshing after dealing with phone services that "Lead" you to believe that they are the more affordable option.

Bo went far above and beyond to help us today. We thought we would just walk in and pick up an online order, but due to some kind of technical issue, he had to ditch our online stuff and start from scratch. It was a lot of work but he was great! So nice and professional.

Bo was great helping us out with our phones and he was very fun! Not only engaging with us while he worked, but to me he was also funny and made sure to let us know what he was doing as time went on. Definitely would come back!

The young man not only did a great job but looked like yt Jesus and is truly heaven sent. Cody held the door open for me and once I got inside the store not only showed me the new iPhones but the new watches as well! He then demoed DirecTV Stream before having a seat where I got it all, a full resolution! This mf is great!

Collin was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were in and out in under an hour he did a wonderful job and saved us a lot of money. Everyone go see Collin and the rest of the team they are great, highly recommend.

Shandy was awesome! I walked in, told her I was in a hurry to get back home, told her what I needed, she got to work and had me fixed up in less than an hour for the entire upgrade process. This included backing up my phone (which took the most time because I don’t do it as often as I should), also...I had my toddler with me. She was more than understanding and accommodating.
