Giselle was a joy to do business with on Wednesday. She was very pleasant and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and great at explaining and comparing the different models of phones I was interested in. Very helpful and great at selling the accessories that I needed and a few items that I had been interested in and had not gone ahead and gotten before. She was such a pleasure and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Amber, Deonte, and Jess were super, patient and very kind in assisting me with retrieving my contacts! This company should hire more employees like them! I will always come to AT&T at North Gloster! I highly recommend this store for any of your cell phone needs! And I will only ask for any of these three employees, they made me feel very comfortable in a time of despair. This store rocks! They are an absolute blessing and had me dancing with joy when I left the store.

I want to leave a review for the great service I had at AT&T today from Jesse. She was most helpful and she has so much patience. I've encountered her twice in the store and she's the only agent I want to interact with . She takes her time to explain and you don't feel rushed when you come into contact with her . Jesse, Diante, and Angela, & all the staff were great! All very helpful. Jesse in particularly was AWESOME! I’m trying to switch over and we came across a problem that took two days to resolve. She was relentless in getting me switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T. Everyone at the N. Gloster location, are truly great! I highly recommend them!

Amber was AMAZING!! she not only answered all my questions I had but I also was able to just be myself with her and have a nice conversation to make the time of transferring phones not boring. I think she deserves such a huge raise!! Thank you Amber for all that you do!!

Jesse and Deonte are absolute Rockstars. They handled an upgrade, we added a line, and ordered a watch for my new Samsung phone all in one sitting. They were professional and ready to work with the best energy I've ever seen.

Talk to customer Service the employee was very nice but had a hard time trying to fix my account somehow my AARP discount got taken off when I purchased my phones I spent a few I’ve spent a few hours on different calls trying to resolve the problem. I finally came to the AT&T store and got Angela to help me she was able to fix all my problems. You need more employees like her she’s the best.
