We often stop at this GetGo for a bathroom break and a meal from the made to order kitchen. The food has always been good since it is made fresh and the store has always been very neat, clean, and orderly. Additionally, the bathrooms are always clean and well kept.

I go always for food they make me really different way to my food. I told them and they always making my good food. Thank you❤

This gas station is generally well kept and has a good variety of stuff, especially their kitchen menu. The bathrooms are surprisingly clean for a gas station. Finally, the staff is really nice. Last time I was in here I was a little short and the giant sized manager guy even covered the difference out of his own pocket. You don't see that every day.

The GetGo staff at Portage Trail 3rd shift are absolutely hands down without question awesome!!! It literally doesn’t get more friendly or easygoing when you don’t want spinach and that’s all they have. Seriously though every single Saturday night third shifter should get a raise!!!

Bathroom included, nice staff, full cafe food, place to sit. This is the friendliest gas station in town.

I love getting the sausage pretzel sandwich with pepper Jack. They're always hot and fresh and bigger than that other station's MTO tiny patties. Store is always clean. I just wish there were more GetGos with the Cafe around.

get go. thank you for this blessed experience- those cheese fries i will never forget. i will dream about those cheese fries. thee cheese was the perfect temperature and the fries were perfectly crisp. the fanta from the drink machine was incredibly crisp and cold, my lord , my savior, get go

Absolute favorite gas station. There kitchen has so many food options (even vegetarian/vegan ones). They also have really good smoothies and coffee drinks, at a great price. Highly recommend!

One of the main reasons Get Go Gets A 5 is the service that they provide for the Men and Women who serve/served in the armed forces for this country . If you have served and are a veteran you get FREE REFILLS on your drinks. That's an inexpensive way to just say thank you for the many who gave part of their lives to keep us safe. Another reason is in Get Go's pricing . Just take a look at how much they charge for a single baked cookie as compared to most all of the other gas/fast/retailers . Get Go's coffee station has more choices than most of its competition , and their dark roast actually taste like a dark roast. Some of the others coffee's I swear taste just like the Rescue Missions or Salvation Armies coffees do . Seriously , warm colored water . The very very best is the Get Go's in Fairlawn across from the Summit Mall. Just tastes great . I have had the cold sandwiches from the Made to Order counter here and they were good. I did order some of the hot ones, which were ok, but it did take sometime. The best one for speed, but not always quality , is the Sheetz out on Hudson&Steels Corner. Faster doesn't always equate to the best, but with Sheetz, at least that one, it is good .Especially with considering the price points. Good meatball sub. Generally though, I've always had very decent service from those who work here at the Portage Get Go. Very clean restrooms and nice place to sit and enjoy a snack with the friendly people. That's the big difference between the Sheetz on Hudson&Steel and this Get Go . The service is much more friendly . A great place to fill up, use your Giant Eagle points , and enjoy a good cookie and coffee., and sit down if you want. Get Go at this location does need to repaint those stops on the pavement though. best wishes everyone .

Many thanks to the young man working at the GetGo in Cuyahoga Falls (at State and Portage Trail) around 9:30 pm on 10/1/22. He helped me with directions to get back to Cleveland after I lost my way on 77N in a construction zone. Sorry I didn't get his name.

I don’t usually leave reviews anywhere but I came in around 10pm getting me some Monsters to drink and the cashier that cashed me out was SUPER nice like he asked me how work went and it felt like I was talking to a friend. Great service! Wish I had gotten his name!

One of my favorite gas stations. The food is always amazing. The staff is friendly. And they are one of a few places that still has air for your tires for free.

Every morning I get my free veteran coffee (get up ‘n go with French vanilla creamer) but
my son says don’t buy anything else.

Love the chocolate milk and wraps. Very clean store and nice people. I take a drive just to go there!

This get go has the best staff around and the prices may be rediculous but we all pay more for great service and a clean delightful store I love this place more than sheets

I laugh and say its fairly well stocked convenience store and sandwich shop. And it just so happens they sell gasoline too!
