I had a great experience with Phil yesterday! I went in twice with two different questions related to a plumbing project I was doing. Both times what I thought I wanted was not the best answer. Phil took extra time and gave my needs his mindful and creative thought. He came up with better answers to both needs, answers better than I would have found on my own. Such a great experience, thank you so much!

Wonderful local hardware store! Frattallone's usually has everything I want or need. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Their prices might be a little higher than say a big box hardware store, but #1. I like to support my neighborhood stores #2. Sometimes big box stores are so far away from me! Support this store and you'll be glad you did!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. I bought a grill that was delivered before I even finished my shopping and got home. Amazing service!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Helped me with a wiring project I'm working on involving solar panels. I was able to get it to work thanks to some good advice.

By far the nicest people work here. Searching for a snow blower in this great year of snow. Everyone is completely sold out. Came here on a whim they had some. Didn't have the one I would have liked, so the guy went to the computer and NOT 36 hours later I got a phone call they had it in ,assembled and ready for pick up. They helped me load it in my truck and got a friendly wave good bye.... 5 stars everyone

So many different things you can find here, well beyond a hardware store in my opinion.

A great place to shop for home needs with a large selection of everything from paint to tools to hardware. A very friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you find what you need. So much better than a big box store.

I have become a real fan of this store. I had a leaky toilet flapper and thought I was being smart by ordering from Amazon based on the manufacturer and part number. It was not correct. Frustrated I decided to go to Frattallone's Ace Hardware to see if they might have one. Bingo!!! They had the correct flapper and it was less expensive than the one I had ordered from Amazon. From now on coming here first!

Very friendly and helpful, there’s always someone up there to greet you and help you find exactly what you came in for. It’s a small but filled with a variety of items, hardware store inside of a strip mall. They offer services like blade sharpening, screen repair, and small engine tune-ups or repairs.

I ordered a snowblower online late at night. The next morning I got a call telling me that item is not available under the SKU that I ordered, but that they could cancel and place the order over the phone. There is apparently a disconnect between how corporate tracks merchandise and how the store does it. They got it straightened out so I could still get my snowblower that day, just in time for the big snowstorm.

I got into my kid's jeep to pick up the snowblower and it turned out to be too big for the car. I was wracking my mind trying to figure out how to get it home when the manager picked up his walkie and asked another employee if he could deliver it. A couple hours later he showed up at my house with my new snowblower. He even walked me through how to start it up and gave me some tips on using it.

This is why I prefer Ace over the big box stores. They provide amazing service without a second thought.

Everyone was very nice! Plus! They had a sign on the door, stating they had ICE MELT! No guesswork needed! I liked that, most stores don't tell you, until after you get in, hoping you'll find something else to buy, while looking for the NON-EXISTENT item! 🤔🙄

I love coming here for whatever I need for home or business. They have great products at the right prices, not to mention the friendliest most helpful staff members. I always feel right at home at Frattalone's and would highly recommend to anyone in or around Bloomington, MN!

Perhaps one of the BEST serviced hardware stores we have ever used. They have just about anything you need and unlike the big-box home service stores like Home Depot and Lowe's and Menards, you are greeted at the door and asked how they may help you. It is located in a major city mall (Normandale Village) where we frequent often due to the Anytime Fitness gym and Lund's Grocery store being in the same mall.

I really like going here especially to this location in Normandale Village where Lund's and Anytime Fitness is in West Bloomington. This store has just about everything you need and it's never a wasted trip. The experience is much better than the big box home stores as they are top notch in giving you assistance and very friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. They usually have everything I need. More expensive than the discount stores but more convenient and the staff seem to know their stuff.

Was very pleased with the service I received at this location, was looking for 2 hard to find items and the man that was working ( he told me he was new to this store and I don't remember his name!!!) Went above and beyond to help me find what I needed... Thanks so much for your help!!!

This is a great hardware store with excellent customer service. I prefer this over the big box stores. They may not have as big of a selection but so far they haven't let me down with what I'm looking for.

Great place. The people there are always very helpful in finding what you need and how to use it if you need that help. They have a wide array of products as well.
