Great medical supply store. Staff is very responsive. Even if you have to leave a message, calls are returned quickly. I tried to call Binsons and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. The staff at All Pro is very friendly and personable. Thanks Rick for all your help on the device I needed urgently!!

Jeff and Rick gave me my mobility back today with no heads up my wife went in the location and they jumped on fixing the wheelchair immediately and All Pro gave me my mobility back when other stores couldn't or were to busy. Scott D

Although All Pro did not carry the device I needed they were kind enough to recommend a couple different suppliers in the area that carry what I need and then took the time to fax my information (all 35 pages) over to the supplier I chose.

The customer service is excellent and I never had to wait on hold while working with them. I highly recommend All Pro Medical Supply to other customers.

I needed to buy a wedge pillow for a family member and found this place of business on Google with excellent reviews. I probably should have called, but it was on my way home so I just stopped in. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't get your name or the other gentleman's name that was there) who was able to help me. They had what I needed (even went back to the stock room to get it), and charged me a very reasonable price. That's what it's all about ...excellent customer service and kindness as well. If I ever need another DME, I will certainly use All Pro Medical Supply.

As a first time CPAP user in the middle of a CPAP recall crisis, I have to say trying to find a place that is straight forward, professional, caring and effective is far from easy. Jeff and Rick were spectacular to work with, they provide you with great communication, great education and the personal experience you won't find anywhere else. If you want a place you can trust, they are it!

Great service, I can’t recommend enough. My dad had to get a new wheelchair, binsons gave us such a headache that we had to go somewhere else, found this place and had super nice service, very quick and efficient, and the salesman really made us feel like we were taken care of. I called Rick one hour before closing on a Friday regarding something we needed for a family member asap. Rick told me what they had and I told him my sister would head over right away to get it. He asked that I give her his number so she could call if she was running late and he would wait for her to arrive.
When she arrived he had all the options laid out up front and even had taken the time to assemble the item for her. Sometimes it is the little things that people do to help that really make a difference in a difficult or stressful situation. Thank you so much to Rick for being such a compassionate human being. Needed a new cpap machine. The old one was supplied by a Hart Medical who gave me the run around (wouldn't return calls, not helpful at all). So I figured I'd look elsewhere and just googled medical supply companies near me. Called All Pro, Rick answered right away and was super helpful. Had a new cpap machine in no time. Will be buying any future cpap supplies here.
