Target

Great Target! It had many things you would need from Target. It’s pretty organized. I didn’t see many people working the floor but the checkout process was quick. The grocery area was slim pickings. I know this isn’t Target’s main area, but they were lacking in this department.

I found this store to be very organized and nice to shop at. I was in Michael's check out line (register 5 on Jan 1 at 3pm, dark hair with glasses) and they were very friendly, efficient, and made my guest experience really great today. Thanks, Michael!

I had to wait for an employee to notice I was at the service desk. Several employees walked by me without acknowledging me at all, which I felt was very unfriendly and bad customer service. They could see I was waiting for someone and completely ignored me. When the employee who was working at the desk arrived, instead of coming right over to help me, he had to arrange something in a cart behind me first. He did, however, acknowledge me and let me know he would be with me shortly.

Made an online order due to last second holiday shopping and availability. The store was very busy when I went in. Immediately upon entering the order pickup area I was greeted by a team member who asked to help. She returned with my order quickly and I was returning home after only about 5 minutes in the store.

Solid target experience. Hit the mark of what you would expect for a target. Aisles right down the middle. Bullseye for finding decent groceries, variety, Starbucks, and Home and toy needs.

Nice, clean, organized, and pleasant. Small assortment of vegetables and fruits, as well as reduced choices of cheese and cold cuts. Large parking lot.

I never write reviews but my boyfriend and I came to this location and Michael helped check us out. He was the most kind, helpful, employee we both have ever met. We don’t live very close but we would come back just to see Micheal again. He deserves a raise!

They have good selection 's and it's fun to just look around!

Always a great place to shop, and many great products and merchandise in stock. Also, a website to order, and direct shipping to home or store for pick up. You can call ahead for orders, and on arrival, text store your in the special designated parking. Your order will be delivered to your vehicle.

The staff are easily approachable and always willing to answer questions and help you out.

Last minute shopping 🛍 some shelves empty but ypu can steal find some deals on clothes .

I've been doing pick-up orders since Covid started, and continuing to do so because of the convenience, and I really love the service at the Penfield Target. The staff is always helpful, cheerful and prompt! The store doesn't have the widest selection and frequently runs out of stock on grocery items. But the customer service, especially at the pick-up counter, gets an A+++ from me.

This service is invaluable to many various levels of living situations, from new mothers to seniors. Everything was clear in how to use the app and all went as promised! It even helps family members who are shopping for each other.....just pick up & bring to your relative or friend. So simple, safe & peasant a way to shop! Employee who brought my order out was pleasant & respectful, which is greatly appreciated!

I truly am impressed with the number if items Target has on display. The sales people on the floor go out of their way to ensure you find what you are looking for. The cashiers are professional, friendly, and courteous. Thank you for providing an enjoyable atmosphere to shop in..

Elizabeth was not only personable, but professional and efficient. She definitely exudes all that you’d want within a customer service representative and she had mentioned she was with your company for 20 years. It’s very clear that she is not only committed, but proud of the target brand.

I love Target, I go there often at least once a week. I can find what I’m looking for 95% if the time.

I love target except for my bed experience today. I had a cart full of items and children with me an I had to use self check out because that didn’t have any cashiers. There were plenty of employees working in others areas. This took me twice as long an I was not happy at all!!

I don't often review, especially for big box stores, but this Target location really deserves 5 stars for their staff. They are always noticeably nice and helpful. Thank you!
