This Vons is wonderful. Even after the Thanksgiving rush, everything is well in stock and very organized. The people who work here are very professional and one cashier told me there are many tenured people working here, which explains how well the store is presented. I came at 8pm on a Monday and the store was nice and quiet. There are many amenities in the shopping center including a Jersey Mikes and a BofA. I highly recommend this location! Great job to the store team!

It's all because of Brent, Maria, and Sean... Yup, if you ever wonder where the good times went, you just gotta go poke your head in Von's Thousand Oaks on Avenida De Los Arnold's. If you want a song, a smile or just some good old fashioned loving care. Maria, Sean, or Brent are at your service. Tell 'em Ziggy sent ya.

I love this store, I shop here frequently and everyone is always very friendly. This place also has a little secret, the sushi is AMAZING. I'm not sure the gentlemen's name, but he's there early in the morning till the afternoon, and he makes really good sushi. I try to get there when he's just putting the ones I like out cause when they're fresh man it's soooo good, and even after like an hour or two they're still pretty bomb. The starbucks people are also pretty friendly. Would recommend 👍

Vons was clean and organized, but the items didn't have any type of rhyme or reason to me. I suppose once used to the store it would be easier and more convenient. The flower department sold many beautiful arrangements and plants for a fraction of what nurseries would charge and the bathrooms were easily located and clean as well. Deli was well stocked and same with the bakery.fresh single items from bakery like bagels and rolls were available for purchase as well. The store had a wide variety of items, but the staff members didn't seem too happy or wanting to be there. Overall, it was a pleasant , average experience.

Sushi here is fresh and fire. It's a yes for me please

I shop and get Western Unions sent to me by my mother and am treated so nicely every time! Love Arrita and Maria! Gotta have good PR type employees to keep your guests happy and I love shopping at my Vons because of these two and the guys in the butcher area! Thank you! Dedicated customer!

Jessica the store manager is a angel! There was a mess up with my pick up order today, and she called me and fixed the error quickly and efficiently. She also offered a huge discount. In todays world excellent customer service kills are far gone! Thank you Jessica for going above and beyond for me! I truly appreciate you! I hope your store appreciates all you do!! This is a great Vons. The store is well organized and staff are always helpful. The occasional free bags that I don't have to pay a rediculous price for is a very nice touch! I've been coming to this store for decades. Some checker have already worked an entire career and retired!

I went in to check out their selection of items on the most recent ad and was very happy to see the variety of choices that they had available. The checkout lines were fast. The particular line I got in was staffed by someone who was friendly and accurate in his job. The receipt said his name was Nathan. He is to be commended on his professionalism.

Always have what I'm looking for the employees are always courteous and helpful and they have great sales

Similar to the service culture that we all benefited from at Vons a number of years ago, this particular store has a very good service culture in it from the general manager through the entire team. I certainly recommend them to you. Their product line is more in line with a Pavilions store, and has a number of the finer items that are great to see in the store. I encourage you to make a visit to them!

The vons employee are very friendly. Although your just for you rebate customer service is horrible. They cant seem to get my rebate and now the have messed up my phone number to get my rewards.

This is one of my favorite go to stores. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I have been going to this location since I was a kid. They treat you like family!! They have the best produce and meat department in town!

This Vons location is one of the best.
The cashiers are very friendly that they make the shopping experience very pleasant even when they have a heavy load on their shoulders while taking care of so many customers.

“My Vons” is how I refer to my friends about Vons on Arboles! It has been “My” store for over twenty years! I’ve seen it go through several changes. I love going there! The people are so nice & helpful! Everything is clean & stocked with a wide variety of everything you could possibly want! The management takes pride in their customers and their needs! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else !!

The Los Arboles Avenue branch of Vons, in Thousand Oaks, is spacious, well-organised, and well-stocked. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I look forward to my visits here, even though it isn't the grocery store nearest to my house.

Always friendly and clean - it's been my family's main go-to grocery store for nearly 15-20 years. Recently remodeled with a full Starbucks and a more open layout.
