Gelson's Thousand Oaks

Beautiful store, not very crowded, high quality meats and vegetables and very friendly people specifically the meat department. It is a bit pricey but you are getting quality food and once you sample it you won't go back to traditional markets. If you don't find what you want, just ask and they will get it for you. If it's the meat department they'll cut one for you. And if you do the bakery make sure you get the cookies they're amazing.

All staff greeted me and picking up our premade Holiday dinner was very organized and easy. Staff offered assistance to take my order to car which was very much appreciated as my husband is disabled and cannot help me. Our premade Holiday dinner was excellent!

I visited this store various times. Always clean, friendly staff. The deli service has been excellent every time.

I purchased some salmon with packaged butter, but the butter and fish were wrong. I tried to exchange, and they informed me a receipt is required. I showed the manager the product label The manager stepped in and exchanged the product. She remembers me as a frequent customer.

So clean, displays were beautiful! Wanted the free eggs and got $250.00 more of products I only see at Gelsons.

I always find what I need and the quality is excellent. I especially like the salad and soup bar. Perfect to pick up on my way home from work.

The selection is great. The Cashier's are friendly and always helpful.
