The UPS Store

I’ve been into this UPS store quite a few times since the Covid-19 pandemic started. I have always felt safe in this store. The staff has never been rude to anyone while I was in the store including myself. This UPS store is in a great location and never seems to be “too busy”. Overall it has a great atmosphere, great employees, also I’m always in and out of there in a flash. I really appreciate this store for making my life a little bit easier!! This is literally the best UPS store I have ever been too!

This UPS store is awesome and the only one I will use in the future. My UPS shipment was lost and they were amazing in helping me navigate the refund process. Sweet, competent and friendly staff! Thank You SO MUCH!

I have used this UPS store for sending packages and for getting things notarized. I have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant even at Christmas when they were super busy. Yes it’s expensive but that would be UPS not the staff in their store making those prices.

All the staff have been nothing than cordial and helpful. I have been a customer for less than one year and have had only top tier service. It's nice to walk in and Phil always greets me by my name and could not be any nicer. Highly recommended.

I love this store. I use it for our company P.O. Box and for ups needs. The staff are very friendly and will always give you great service.

Fast amazon and spectrum returns

This place has fast service, decent people working there but the prices are a tad high for it being a UPS. It seems to be a matter of convenience since the post office is not that close but if you only need to drop something off this UPS essentially has you covered.

I often have packages re-routed here. Sometimes they have to look around for them when I come in, which doesn't instill the greatest confidence, but I've never had a problem.

They get me in and out fast

Usually pretty good location, but recently went there to have some important paperwork overnighted to Northern California for $55. They sent it to Canada instead. When I called them after the package didn’t arrive in time, they said they would refund, but I never received it.

I did not find the staff to be very friendly. They were quite cold. They did get my package shipped but their customer service could have been greatly improved.

Nice place but becoming way too expensive.

I dropped off a package almost a month ago on August 18. I was told the label I had on my phone had to be printed out and couldn't just be scanned. I had them print it and they charged me a ridiculous amount for 1 page. Now, nearly a month later my package is still not delivered. I went back in and asked for them to check their security cameras because I know the exact date and time but they refused. They told me they are not responsible for the package even though I paid them for the label and left it in their possession. I'm now out $150 and they basically told me they aren't interested in helping me fix it. I will never return to this location and will urge everyone I know to use other facilities instead.

Dropped of a package to be returned, they charged $5 to print the shipping label (a single piece of paper, annoying, but fine). THEY NEVER SENT THE PACKAGE!!! We have dates and times from when this transaction occurred and they refuse to check security cameras to verify our claim or help us in any way. We are now out $150 because they FAILED TO SHIP THE PACKAGE and are refusing to help us.
