Ralphs

The service deli now compared to last year is absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh and ready to go. Before I would never find any fresh items, hardly sandwiches, never a choice of potato salads. Now when I go there’s always so many choices of potato salads, sandwiches, guacamole etc. I love it! The previous manager never took pride in his work or department. Every time I had a question I always felt pushed away. Now I don’t mind asking the new service deli manager questions. She’s nice and very customer friendly. Thank you management for picking the right one!

Caulleen however you spell it very poor customer service, she shouldnt answer the phone for customer service if she has no clue how it works. Im calling to see if there is an item in stock, why drive there if its not in stock. Customer service is their for a reason don't give me attitude and tell me its the holidays nobody can help you she was not apologetic in any way shape or form. WHAT'S THE POINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION WHEN THEY GIVE YOU NO HELP????? Take #9 off the options for calling them. Or rather yet, talk to anybody besides Caulleen

As always, Ross now has become even a larger grocery store with a lot more products that are available

Great food! Have been shopping here for years now! Ever since I can remember at least. Great service as well. Never have had an issue here finding what I need as the people who work here are very helpful! Also, make sure to put your carts back in the cart corral instead of leaving it in front of your car. Have courtesy. And don’t be lazy.

I just wanted to say thank you Ralph's for being a leader in making sure everyone gets food. This particular store had such a sense of normalcy and it was very comforting. Other than waiting to get in (25 at a time), the shelves were pretty much stocked. There is no food shortage people if we just be smart about it. Please keep up the great work in these trying times.

Always fresh produce. Deli meats are always fresh as well. Can also get good sushi for the price.

It,was very good. The lady that bagged my groceries took them out to my car as loaded them my car. I know they help customers but she was special. I had a shoulder replacement 3 months ago so I'm still recovering from surgery. I don't remember her name but I could tell she cares about the customers. Thank you.u

This location is great. Love the brokkoli salad and the Italian pasta salad. Very tasty salads, they taste homemade!!!! The spring rolls at the sushi bar are amazing, too!!!! Always a pleasure shopping here!

I love going to this Ralph's. Ursala is always extremely helpful and is always cheerful. She never has a bad day. I just got back from there and she was her usual self. She always brings a smile to my face and I never smile. Thank you Ursala.

I used to work for Ralph's and I retired, and I still love to shop there.

Every time I I realize that Ralphs is the only thing possible pleas I need to Shop at.

For me this is the best store in the Conejo.
Good variety and so much to choose from.
The workers are the best, always friendly and helpful. Love my Ralphs.
My only complaint is when complex is busy parking is the bad.

Pretty great grocery store! They are a bit small but have a large selection of products, plus a nice deli, sushi counter, meat counter, and a fantastic bakery. Also, they always have good sales.

I have especially helped by Skip. I am coming back from health issues. He has been kind and helped me get my groceries into my car. This kind of service is an enormous help.

It's been my go to store for years. Just wish the prices would start going down.

Ralph's was good today, sale on chicken and strawberry's.Can't beat the savings any other place.Got in and out of store in less than fifteen minutes.

My favorite groceries store. I would go around just to ship here instead of the Vons next door which is more convenient for me
