The printing team is truly incredible!! I have to shout out Perry from the Rocky River, OH, Office Max. He was so patient with me. Reassuring me that even though I had a hefty ask of him, that they would complete my request earlier than the deadline. I’m beyond appreciative of that man. He deserves all the recognition and raises possible!!!

Martin and Nikko were very knowledgeable and helpful! I purchased an external hard drive 3.0 USB. Martin formatted the hard drive and made it easy to download my files. Thanks again!

After some very frustrating days searching for the right printer for me, I went to the Rocky River store to talk to a real person. Jim, my Salesman, and the Manager, Ken. They spent time explaining options and looking at various choices with me and Ken brought a huge amount of technical knowledge and details to help me. I will be back to Office Max because of the two of them. They were professional, informed, and willing to help. Ken is a fount of knowledge in this area. Two great employees.

The Friendliness and Professional Assistance of the Store Assistant and Her Eager Willingness to Help me. I found One Item in the Store and she ordered the second item that could only be found on-line. Surprisingly we rec'd the on-line item about ten or so days "before" we expected it...."Lightning Fast Shipping! You Guys and Gals ARE THE BEST!!

Been coming here for a couple months to get mailing supplies. And every time I go there I receive the most wonderful care and hospitality by the team. In particular, Ken does a great job at finding out what your looking for and making recommendations.

Rocky River Office Max is the best! In my recent visit, I was greeted promptly and when a member of the staff saw I was looking at paper, he offered additional information on paper selections. It’s nice for someone to respond to what I’m doing rather than the usual “let us know if we can help.” Very personal service!

I have been looking for a quality android tablet for a while now. This store had the specific one I was searching for, and at an excellent price (on sale). The customer service rep immediately checked stock, and it was available.
In the past, when an item was out of stock, staff would check stock at other stores and call to confirm.
The store is spotless, and items are pretty easy to find. It is easy to find staff for help.
I've stopped going to Staples and other office supply stores.

They greeted me and I showed them the empty cartridges I had and in no time I was ready to leave. They were very friendly . It was a pleasure to do business with them. Customer service is alive and well with Office Max.
