Chris and Joe of guest services absolutely made my day. Every single time I come to this target they always make it a point to make sure I have a great visit. Today, they helped me purchase my first Christmas tree and even loaded it in the car for me.

Can’t wait to decorate it!

I have been to a few different targets lately and mostly I have noticed they are understaffed especially at the checkout. I dispise the self checkout and always end up needing assistance anyway 😅. I was excited when I got an actual teller today-and I wanted to commend the excellent customer service I got from Alex who told me I was his last customer before his break. He then proceeded to be so pleasant when checking me out. Another customer even said hello to him while he was working with me and told me he is "the best". Which showed me that kindness is his regular state. It's rare these days to get excellent customer service and kindness rolled into one experience. Thank you Alex!

I'm pretty much as this target every other day, as I live right behind it. It's always clean and organized. The employees are mostly friendly, too.

Target is a family favorite place to shop for nearly everything. Nice store, help sales associates, clean, and organized.

This store team is very friendly and organized. I shopped here during the stay at home order several times and at the height of all precautions, this store was the most prepared and all employees seemed to still be enjoying their work. I stayed true to Target at this location in Fairview Park, OH because it made me feel safe. While the store didn't always have what I was needing available, the patience, cleanliness, friendliness and care for their customers was very meaningful to me.

All about this store. Everyone I've encountered here has been a wonderful help, even just asking if I need directions finding my way around. This place has an Amazon return center and upon seeing me walk in with a box every single employee automatically pointed me in the direction of the return center without being prompted. I felt much less like a bother than I normally do. Super clean, friendly employees, and everyone was wearing masks--I feel great about this location.

Fast and easy pick up service. They bring your order out to the car pretty fast, everyone is always very polite and seem to be in a good mood. Always a pleasant experience.

Curbside at Target is an excellent and courteous service at a good price. The app is well designed and easy to use. I look forward to seeing the service post-pandemic. All who deliver my order are efficient and courteous. Great shopping method and experience.

I love this store! I like the new renovations! I also like how the store is being so inclusive to All races and religions. Breath of fresh air! Be safe! Stay strong against Hate!

Even though the store is going under remodel I'm still thankful for the staff who try their best and do what they can to keep the store clean. I just wish the shoppers wouldn't leave items all over the floor and that they would pick up what they drop vs just walking away from it.

I loved not having to get out of my car! The Target associate was SO nice even though she had to make two trips for me. I felt bad but she reassured me it was no problem. I will definitely use Target service again!

So clean, organized, and some of the friendliest staff! Also, Alex at the Fairview Park store is AMAZING!!! He is the sweetest ray of sunshine and made me feel so happy during our checkout interaction. We talked about paying it forward and bringing joy to others, and how wonderful it is when people are nice to him at work. There needs to be more Alex’s in the Target world, he’s incredible.

Quick, easy, and very beneficial as I'm unable to shop myself due to quarantine. I got everything on my list in just a couple hours. I didn't even have to wait for long for my items to come out. They were placed right in my trunk for me.

Appreciate the Target order online/curbside pickup that is available. Orders are collected in a timely manner and I have always had a courteous Target employee deliver the order to my car. Thank you Target.

Shopping is easy -- shelves are stocked and in order (not a mess), there aren't a lot of (shelf) stockers blocking aisles, there's rarely a wait for a self check-out terminal and returns are easy. I also like being able to shop online in the comfort of my home and have them put my order together and have it waiting for me.

Great experience on the mornin [10am] of May 1. The tech department team helped me get a copy of Pokémon snap when it had just come in off the truck. The associate was super kind and helpful and dug through numerous boxes to get it for me as I waited. Great service during the pandemic is hard to find and you appreciate it much more

My absolute favorite store. I love the older lady who works at the Starbucks she is wonderful! Always clean and stocked, excellent staff, and the clearance sections are well kept and organized. Always spend more money than expected. Overall my favorite store.

I've started doing most of my grocery and household shopping at Target because it's so easy to get in and find the basics and be on your way. I almost never go to a regular grocery anymore, I even purchase most of my produce from Target because they have done a great job of having fresh and plentiful options. Love this store!

Ellie in the men’s section is incredible. She is so nice and attentive to the customer. As well the men’s section that she takes care of was looking amazing.
