Long time customer of Newbury tire. Don’t go anywhere else. These guys are GREAT!!’ Prices are always very competitive with the big box tire companies. A tire is a tire you say? That’s a fair assessment but the service during the sale and after the sale is unmatched to any company I’ve ever frequented. 5 stars to the owner Alex who just built a beautiful new building right up the street from the old location. Now they also do car repairs as well. It’s hard to find someone you can trust but these guys are my new car repair go to! Don’t go anywhere else!!

I was leaving for a trip and got a flat tire the day before, and so stressed out. These guys got me fixed up in about 15 min, and got a great quote for new tires when I get back. Great customer service and they were so quick. The new place is amazing!! It's great to see a local business thrive. I will go to them and recommend them to anyone from now on.

Outstanding customer service and impeccable work. Very fair pricing. Had 4 tires put on today and a front end alignment done. Ben was great with customers and my work was done 20 minutes quicker than I was estimated. My tech found an issue that would need near future attention from my mechanic. Thank you for that! Have been coming here for many years to have snow tires put on/removed. Amazing quick service. Alex is great, super pumped for the new location, it is beautiful! Congrats on the hard work!

I called on Friday for a stabilitrak message and abs light and traction control light. Got it in the next Monday morning!!! Called me at 8:30 am and let me know the problem. Quoted me a reasonable price and said it would be done by the END OF THE DAY! I have not used this shop before but will from now on. Everyone else had me waiting for weeeeeeeks!!! Thank you Ben!!!

These guys went out of their way to help me out. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong rim online and when they called me and told me they were so nice and told me that it could stay there until I could get the other rim. Very fair price!

Newbury Tire has been a family go-to for a long time, and with good reason. I got an appointment on a Friday for Monday, the gents were quick and extremely polite, and the prices seem very reasonable. More than anything, I am always blown away by the wonderful customer service and interactions- cars can be intimidating for me (my dad knows more than I ever will), and they are always patient and very kind without any awkwardness or condescension. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Newbury Tire, even though they are local for me. I took a front tractor tire up there for a repair after trying to plug it, finding it had a tube in it. Alex quickly took on the repair along with two other great guys working there even though they were busy. They quickly replaced the tube since it was damaged in several places, cleaned up the rim. This place is GREAT, I’ve been to a lot of tire places in the past 30 years and not any good ones close by except now for this one. They even do semi tire repairs.. I will definitely be back and let everyone know these guys are GREAT! No exceptions what so ever! Thanks Newbury Tire, Thanks Alex!

Live on the road and needed 2 tires for my 5th wheel. These guys took great care of me and had me ready to roll in no time! Definitely recommend them!

The young man plugged my tire at 520. He stayed over after closing to rescue me!!!! I can't say enough good things.

I live an hour away and got a flat tire. Stopped here and got the fastest service ever! The crew were all great and willing to help me out. I appreciate the help so much. I also have to mention the prices are just incredible. Thank you guys for making my day better and fixing my tire so quickly. I definitely recommend this place.

Alex and the team are great. I called, and made an appointment for two vehicles. The team started on the first one at 8:30, just like the appointment was scheduled for, and had it done in less than 30 minutes and on to the next one. I watched the guys use a torque wrench on all four wheels, not a wobble bar, which is a rarity these days. Tires are great, balance of the wheels is exact.
Bottom line : great team, excellent price, and they respect your time. The best customer experience I've had in the past two months!

This is the best tire shop any where. Alex was trained by the best. He has taught his guys well. The need to expand and do suspension alignment related work. They are fair, very fair. And there work is excellent. I know because I have had other flat repairs fail multiple times. And took the same tire to Alex. Alex fixed it right the first time. Lasted until now. Which is years.

Most auto places stink, Newbury Tire is kind, genuine and after spending a lot of time there over the years, they are one of the first not out to screw you. After buying new tires, they tried to talk me out of wasting money on my back ones, all the more reason to trust them!

Nothing but thumbs up for these guys! Alex and his crew had me in and out the door in under a half an hour. Their prices are quite reasonable, the work was top-notch, I'll be coming back again next time I need tires. 👍👍
