Kinetico Water Systems – Cleveland

I couldn't be happier with my Kinetico system. The process through installation was great- the team was informative, helpful and professional... the result - we are now water snobs! Our water tastes so much better, our skin and clothes are softer ... what a difference !

Our water softener and well bladder stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. I was horrified as I was hosting 34 people. We called Kinetico and they were able to send someone out Monday, the week of Thanksgiving. Chris, the technician, confirmed what were already knew, it all needed to be replaced. Chris was able to come back on Wednesday to replace the whole unit. He stayed until 7:00 pm to make sure all was working properly. I cannot say enough nice things about Chris; he was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. We would highly recommend Kinetico and specifically Chris!

Though I know that I can do the installation work, I had limited time due to a family health issue. Kinetico personnel were timely on arrival, efficient on timing to install, professional, answered questions, and incorporated my needs for install. Storage space was one of my interests and a need to keep the occasional mouse from interfering with anything so I set equipment up on a base for room. I included a pic of their work to install the system and then another with insulation board I installed to reduce noise from the sump after they left. I have more work to do on flooring and the wall behind the water tank, but there is plenty of time for that later. Excellent work.

We are thrilled with the new system. Since our system in a 5 year period went from 2 parts ferrous oxide per million to 4 parts we were experiencing clothes, bedding and fixtures being ruined. The new system makes our water as clear as our osmosis drinking water system. Thank you. The Kellogg's

Chris Mackey came and tested my water, recommended and installed a new water softener system. He did a fantastic job, very nice and clean work. He was very knowledgeable as well. Looking forward to having him maintaining my equipment in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Kinetico. Their water softener and reverse osmosis systems are top quality, better than any other I've been told about. Their technicians are also the very best. I highly recommend any of their products.

Kinetico offer non electrical water softener, wide range of water equipment to solve differences water issue.

Tim who was sent out on June 20th was great!He was very knowledgeable about the system and promptly fixed the mistakes from the tech before.System seems to be working great now.

Estimator did a good job explaining everything and service was amazingly quick. We can feel the difference in our water now and especially on our skin

It's been the best water purification system I've had.The only draw back is hauling the 40 lbs bags of sault to the basement.
