I love visiting this branch based on the friendliness of the personnel. They have what I need each time and it makes it easier for me to shop!

Giving 5 stars because the pharmacy staff always look like they are hustling really hard and efficiently.

Today I got my next booster shot without a hassle. The two staff who waited on me were pleasant, professional and didn't waste my time, their time, or the next customer's time. Kudos, guys!

I’ve not been shopping at CVS for a long time now, but today I had to pick up something from CVS and the CVS on Duke st was on my way. And I’m really glad that I went there, one of the sales rep by the name on Safia was very professional and very helpful, it really changed my mind of shopping somewhere else from now on. I really appreciate her kindness.

Pick up all my prescriptions here walking back from work. Never had any issues, waited for ~10 mins once during the post-work rush, but the staff was efficient and helpful

I was in need of a prescription after all of the other pharmacies were closed. Unfortunately they were out of the prescription I needed. The pharmacist was kind and called the other 24 hour CVS pharmacies in the area to see if they had liquid amoxicillin. The staff can't be faulted for a nationwide shortage.

About a month ago or so I went to the pharmacy to get my flu shot, the whole process was very smooth and fast thanks to the employee there, I believe his name was edwin, he was very helpful and even made a few jokes. I have never seen anyone work so fast and not to mention the pharmacist in charge didn't even made me feel my shot! I was surprised when he said "you're done". People don't give this pharmacy the credit it deserves. Everyone is friendly.

It is a 24 hour pharmacy and perhaps that is the reason why staffing is an issue. Better to be open and having to wait at anytime of the day than operating 6 am to 10 pm. Easy access from Duke Street. Went at 7 am and told it would take 20 minutes to fill new prescription. There was no one else in-line but the only individual behind the counter was serving someone through their drive-in window and taking inventory. Prescription was ready in 9 minutes.

I don't know about the service from the retail or pharmacy, but I got my covid-19 vaccine here and it was a great experience overall! Well organized and very friendly staff who administered the shots! Quick and easy too.

Even if this pharmacy was not the closest to our home, my wife and I would go a long way to use it because of the consistently EXCELLENT SERVICE we've come to know and value of the pharmacy staff, which we know is a reflection of the lead pharmacist who sets a high standard. Because of her, we have actually come to enjoy the experience of what can be best described as a "neighborhood" pharmacy, where customers are often greeted by name, a genuine smile, and a pleasant professional manner that is exceptional enough to prompt this writing.

In short, it is worth the extra steps back to the pharmacy to experience what is seemingly becoming an fading asset in the retail world: Exceptional Customer Service

I rate the employees as excellent. Some of the customers are not. The pharmacy is understaffed pus they have to deal with a drive through to pick up drugs. Customers who pick up their drugs will also hand over a basket of groceries, and other supplies and expect to by pass self check out by having the pharmacist act as a clerk. I have spoken up and asked the offenders to look at the long line of people who are waiting and probably sick. I get low class remarks and they don't feel a bit of guilt. I praise the employees who do the very best they can. Also there are reviews on here that are very old. It is true most of the time people will review when they are feeling disrespected and it reflects on the store and not the CVS company who takes advantage of the employees by making them work very hard to increase their own margins.

I was greeted by Estefani when I walked into the store. She asked how could she help me and directed me to the location. Thank you for making my experience at cvs pleasant.

One of girl employees that was working on duke street on Tuesday at about 2:30 helped me and she was so polite. She took a passport picture for my daughter.I wish I remember her name.i hope all the employees are like that.

I have no idea why the ratings are so low for this CVS. Staff is nice, parking is easy and the pharmacy is 24 hours.
