Ashley Store

My Girlfriend and I were looking to purchase a brand new mattress and frame this afternoon. When we stopped in we were greeted by a Furnishing Consultant named Matt. Matt was super personable and asked what we were looking for and took us straight there. I was impressed of all the knowledge he had provided to us about each mattress. Safe to say we definitely made a purchase today.

Heather, in the Greenville store was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was quick, thorough, pleasant. Great guys. I love my dining set.

We started to work with Madison back in August when we first started the construction on our new home. Even though we were not ready to purchase she answered all our questions and we never felt pressured to buy. Fast forward 6 months returning to the store we worked with Madison to complete our purchase of a number of pieces for our living room and foyer. Will was extremely helpful and even managed to have my furniture delivered before Thanksgiving. Love my couch and loveseat, they make my living room complete. The delivery team was polite and extremely professional. Overall a wonderful experience with Ashley Homestore!

We visited Ashley with a unique situation, buying furniture for elderly parents to go to an assisted living community. Brett Cary could not have been more patient and helpful with our needs. He listened, and then showed us options. We are appreciative to Brett for helping us through some stressful times by showing empathy and kindness.

Had a great experience shopping with Braun Clark. He was kind and helpful and explained my options with patience and courtesy. The store was clean and had a nice in store selection. The sales people were attentive but gave you space to shop as well.

Selection of what we were looking for was limited, but we did find something we liked. Heather was super helpful and got us a great discount. Store is clean and inviting.

Jocelyn Cruz was AWESOME. What we really liked about her is she didn’t smother us and allowed us space to roam on our own. She also recognized when we needed to talk privately and excused herself to give us privacy. She was super professional and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. We also felt she was honest and didn’t try and upsell us anything. We will Definitely recommend this Ashley store to our friends and tell them to ask for Jocelyn. Jamar was very helpful! He showed me multiple mattresses that would help with my back issues.He also showed me the actual size of headboard that I want. Definitely will sent anyone that I know his way for furniture!

Abby was amazing helping us find the perfect sectional for our home. She was never pushy and always informative to help us find exactly what we were looking for. We also had to move our delivery date and she was very helpful. If every sales person was an Abby, the world would be a great place!
