Amazing customer service!! I drive out of my way (to avoid the UPS store on first in the Arroyo Park Shopping Center because of their horrific service) to come to this location specifically. I am always greeted by friendly staff and their Notary is amazing!!

The BEST UPS Store in the Tri-Valley! These guys have customer service down to a perfect science.

They make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the doors. It is a very calm and relaxing environment, I don't feel rushed, nor pressured to have everything ready. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any issue.

Great friendly service! I have been using this UPS location for many years and the new owner is wonderful. I have done returns, mailed packages and recently got my new passport photo. I had been avoiding this location for some time as prior owner was not very friendly so if you haven’t been here in a while I would highly recommend!

I use this UPS store multiple times a week. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. I have met the new owners they are just great . Friendly and go out of their way to help. I recently published a book so have been in a lot. The new owners are very supportive of the Livermor community and even offered to display my book and a flyer. I highly recommend this store for all your mailing and copying needs!

I had to send a fairly large package from California to Illinois. I think the price for shipping wasn't too bad... considering usps would probably be ** a lot ** more. Anyways, I had excellent customer service from Agnes, who was helpful & friendly. Quick and easy!

I've been a customer here for years and just wanted to update my review. Ownership changed around 4 years ago, but great customer service continues. Raj and the crew are simply fantastic.

I recently relocated to Livermore and needed to mail a couple boxes to Colorado. Very happy I chose this location to do so. Agnes was efficient and helpful in making the transaction seamless. This is my go to UPS store in the Livermore area!

Every time I’ve gone gone in the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. They packed and shipped my laptop so it arrived on time and in one piece. I also use them for dropping off my amazon returns and they always tape it and put the labels on for me, they make it quick and easy!

They were very helpful for a difficult return, and charged only $5

Definitely recommend this location. I had very important documents that I needed scanned in to my email, copies, and then shipped next day air. Everything was done perfectly. And the documents got there on time. Will be returning. Thanks guys!

The family that operates this store is why I keep my mailbox here and why I try to use them for any Notary or printing services that come up. They're very professional and kind. I don't understand some of the negative reviews here, other than perhaps unhappy people are more likely to review.

Suppose that's true as I'd been a customer for years now, but just now leaving a review because they once again went above and beyond helping me with something while I'm traveling internationally.

I really appreciate the effort UPS has done for my legal important document to reach on time to India. How well they worked and follwed up with DHL and me till the package was received by my family. I thank all the staff there and i like to see people like you around who does more effort than what they are supposed to do at work. Thank you so much....

Very nice. Willing to help. Doesn't charge for tape like the other ups store in Livermore. Great experience. Would rather drive the extra mile to not have to deal with the other Livermore ups store.
