Was shocked at the negative reviews. Amy & crew are indeed no nonsense & efficient. They may not present the insincere kiss bootie vibe some members of the community seem used to, but I have had this UPS go above and beyond to be welcoming & to help me w/ every single service I needed. And it was done right the first time! I appreciate how they make the effort to know their regular customers too. I travel work & use UPS all over the country, this location sets a standard for service. Highly recommend.

Personnel at store 0802 were extremely helpful with my return, especially Amy.

Amy and crew are great! Looks like a lot of reviewers mistook their no nonsense attitude for rudeness. They are efficient and to the point. In and out in five minutes, whatever the service.

Employee possibly stealing packages! I intended to send 2 packages from this location and to make a long story short the man behind the counter was so rude. So rude and erratic I felt like my safety was threatened. He didn’t offer to give me a shipping receipt and when I asked, he acted like I asked him to give me $100. I’ve never experienced someone not wanting to give a receipt/tracking number. This is a very normal and routine request. These were returns to a store (clearly marked on the box) and I can only take this to mean this gentleman might be stealing packages! Why else would he be so resistant about providing a receipt? I assume a lot of older folks from Rossmoor use this UPS location and it pains me to think he might be treating elderly folks this way - taking advantage of them and possibly stealing their packages.

Terrible place . Bad attitude. Ask for a receipt and get a ration of **it. Just plain rude. I spent many years in Silicon Valley and understand gruff and to the point. This is NOT that. Sadly it's close to me but now I have to go elsewhere. (Wife gave up 18 months ago. I should have followed her lead)

I should have read the reviews before heading there. No accountability for owners husbands poor customer service, name tags are cute though. Instead of kindly explaining how Amazon options vary from consumer to ups and acknowledging the options I selected for drop off he was rude, condescending, he did a poor job explaining my options and was yelling at me.
When he stomped off like a toddler his wife made excuses for him, attempting to blame me and eventually helped me with a solution. Service and communication are not his strong suit.
I go to the UPS store in WC near my place all the time and NEVER have I heard those owners treat any customers so horribly.
