CVS

There are so many bad reviews, but I have had positive experiences at this store for years. My Mom liked it too. It is large, well laid out, great selection, and nice staff. I have never had any issues at the Pharmacy.

We received excellent help from Stephanie at CVS next to Rossmoor. She is patient and guide us thru the whole photo print process and told us what are the guidelines for passport picture. Later, we noticed she helped another senior on checking out and helped her to save money by using the proper CVS coupons. What a wonderful shopping experience on my trip to CVS.

Rosmoor residents seem to be entitled and think your at their Beck and call… I work up here in this area & experience it everyday this CVS IS NICE AND CLEAN AND I HAVE NOT HAD ONE BAD ENCOUNTER if there hours have changed who cares maybe something happened emergency short staff PEOPLE DON’T want to work these days it’s NO fault of the employees who do come so get over it stop complaining for petty stuff. Everybody needs to be more mindful The world were serving these days. Tomorrow is never promised so Be kind to all situation‘s….

They have always had my prescriptions prepared on time, accurately and I requested explained to me. In addition, they have always been friendly and shown patience with the customers who they serve.

Great prices and staff

Mostly i find this CVS store to have what I need.

Brand new, larger store just opened recently to replace older, smaller location. Much better selection of all products. The staff is still friendly and helpful.

A quick shop for a few items I needed. Check out was fast.

Friendly staff, but poor stocking. Much of what I want is out of stock when I come. CVS is BIG, doesn't need us small customers. Covid testing must be profitable, as the long waits to pick up at the window indicate, and the time spent on marketing tests is the highest priority when I call to refill a prescription. Pharmacy is crazed by volume, apparently, and CVS is not interested in alleviating the staff pressure or providing customer service.

This CVS is ok but some shelves are empty and the prices a very high for its location near Rossmoor. Out of QTips. Very strange. I'll drive to Target from now on for better prices and stocked items. Staff was very nice and observed Covid protocols.

FALSE ADVERTISING. They do not provide “free vaccines “. You must provide insurance information or be charged over $100.
Coupon scanning is another frustrating endeavor

This store is right outside of Rossmoor in Walnut Creek, CA (an over-55 active adult community), so many of their customers live there. They seem to think they have a "captive" clientele and don't have to compete for business: Their prices are often significantly higher on identical items than the CVS on California Boulevard in downtown Walnut Creek. Their shelves are frequently inadequately stocked, missing many items I look for. And the customer service attitude of their staff leaves much to be desired.
