AT&T Store

Malcolm was exceptional! I walked in a frazzled mess, unable to figure out some issues with a new phone and he solved all our problems, going above and beyond to make sure the phone worked, and answered all my questions. He even checked our wireless plan to make certain we were receiving the best deals. Very professional, kind, patient, friendly, helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend this store and Malcolm! Thank you so much for an outstanding customer experience!

Samantha was amazing! She was able to multitask and assist multiple customers while being the only employee in a busy store. She put customers before her own lunch break. I hope this isn’t a regular occurrence for her and that she has the help she deserves.

I went in on Tuesday morning, 5/18/2021 and I had absolutely the best service ever! I don't know the gentleman's name but he was of so much help as my phone is my lifeline. It's my mini computer and I do everything on my phone. I couldn't answer calls, send texts, check emails....nothing. He fixed my issue in 5 minutes.

Whoever is this gentleman's boss, he's a keeper. He was super friendly and he knew what he was doing. Give this man a raise!! 😊

Joe was awesome from the moment I walked in. Instead of trying to immediately sell me something he went through my plan to try save me some money on my bill (which he accomplished). Professional and personable are the 2 words when I come to think of him and this store. Him and his co worker Kay kept me comfortable, updated and informed during the whole transaction. I would and will not only refer but also continue to use them for any of my phone needs. Thanks again guys love my phone and it was a great experience!!!!

I have to say, I never make reviews but I have to for this one. I was dreading trying to upgrade my phone. I always feel like AT&T tries to find any way to get you to walk out empty handed, but that wasn't the case this time. Even though two guys were training in, they were so awesome. They were all super friendly and talkative. I actually didn't want to leave the store! They are super funny and were interested in hearing my concerns of previous phones I had. Prompt service! :)

OMG!!! I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T with Kay in St. Anthony. She was informative while using language I could understand n learn from her. She has incredible multitasking skills. While she was helping us, she took care of the locked door, the phone, n IT on the computer. You need 10 people with her intelligence, patience, and great attitude. She gets ******!!!. Thank you.

This guy was awesome. Isaiah is his name and he deserves to get a promotion! Worked with my fiance and I to get a number ported. It took a long time and was SUPER complicated, but he was very nice, worked through any problem to find a solution, and even thoughtfully mitigated an angry customer. I would highly suggest asking for him if you come here, but I hope he gets promoted to go where he would like in this company!

Great service and very personable staff! We went in after dinner to transfer my simple phone info onto my smart phone, and we were out in 10 minutes. This is my AT&T store from now on.
