After all the potholes all the other outer stores didn't have the little fastener for my mud guard underneath in my car but they had the perfect fit. C-LOC

Xue the manger of the store was amazing!! I truly appreciate his professionalism and patience. I discussed with over the phone if he could install a battery for my vehicle. He educated me on the different battery types, explaining the difference between gel and liquid. He talked to me about the diff brands and discussed the power behind each brand.
After helping me pick out the perfect fit for my vehicle he installed it shortly after allowing me to see the process first hand walking me through the process step by step. After finishing, I thanked him for going above and beyond! He is a true leader and someone I would recommend doing business with.
Definitely will buy all my batteries here.

Check engine light came on. Took it to dealership who said my catalytic converter needed to be replaced to the tune of $1600. At the same time they also tried to underbid my car for trade in while trying to get me to buy a new car.

Went to Advance, talked to Matt. I bought some Cataclean just to see if it would work before i did anything else.
Matt told me that sometimes hitting a pothole or railroad tracks can set the sensor off. Used the Cataclean and my light was still on, Matt said he could reset it. However before i could get back to have him do that i hit a group of large sticks in the street after a recent storm, i could hear them banging my undercarriage. Suddenly, my light went off!! Called Matt to thank him for his knowledge. So happy i didn't get sucked into the dealership trap. $30 vs. $1600 for the win!!!

Customer service is A1. They handle customer not only with respect but also helpful. If you call, they answer very nicely which helps me ask anything I want. If some reason I don’t know the part name, they will helps too. I am very thankful to have them in my area.

Went beyond any expectations! The cashier came out with a screw driver to make sure it was the right bolt for my license plate-it wasn’t- so he tried another one and got my plate secure. And he did this all in about 5 minutes!!!

Highly professional and able to assist! When the -26 degree temperatures hit Minneapolis for a couple days, these good folk were able to help me out all morning and even install a new battery in my car after my Honda Fit went dead! These folk are friendly, courteous, and professional! The best!

I had a good experience. There was a line, but it moved swiftly and the staff was very knowledgeable. I was able to purchase the auto part I needed without any hassle. I recommend this store.

Sheila and her team have been so helpful in every way for me. I purchased a battery from another location and they wouldnt swap it out for me due to weather. Which is fine because I get it. Its literally freezing out. So two wks later i brought to this store and they gladly swapped it out for me while letting me know that the other store should have swapped it out as they were doing battery swaps in the polar vortex weather. So they swapped out it. Not even a month passes by while i have this battery and my car doesnt start. The only thing different was a new battery so i bring it in and it was a defective battery. Sheila and her team members were so helpful and understanding and replaced my battery at no charge. I will forever be grateful and will now be a loyal customer to that store. I highly recommend this specific store because they have been so helpful and kind and it goes a long way!

Staff is always kind and helpful.But one of the employees is ways beyond helpful and kind, his name is Xeus pernounced Zeus. This kind individual has always helped above and beyond what I find at any other auto parts store. He saved me plenty of time and resources. Would always recommend!! Thank you Xeus.

The people at car quest/advanced auto really know their stuff about auto repair compared to the other guys O'Reilly's, auto zone, even Napa. The staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Love these guys-keep doing what you do.

Had a dead battery. They tested it determine it was indeed dead. Able to supply me with a Die Hard battery and accept the return of the core (dead battery). Great service from the two ladies working there!
