When I arrived, it was VERY crowded and I thought I would need to wait for a long time. After only 5 minutes, Enderlyn was able to help me troubleshoot my phone issues. She was able to determine the problem and was charming while trying to use her English with me - a mostly deaf person! I will come back to her at this location again if I need assistance. It was a pleasure!

I went into this T-mobile location due to chatting with T-Mobile customer service and not getting anything resolved. Gisela helped me with my issue when she wasn’t sure if the solution was possible she called into customer/retail support and asked for help even after countless calls disconnected she was determined to resolve my issue and after waiting we were finally able get it resolved. Thanks Gisela!

Jason at this location has been so helpful. He's helped us like three times and once it was a super stressful situation. He found affordable options and worked with our budget.
